They don't answer the telephone, they don't reply to emails. Had to get my money back via PayPal.

This has got to be the worst company ever. Not received goods, no reply to emails, no return phone calls. Thank goodness I paid via PayPal so o can get refund.

Ordered various items for N gauge totalling £46 in June 2024. Not received anything so far. Communication wise they are uncontactable. Can't ring them and they don't respond to emails. Going to PayPal for recompense.

I ordered an item from Osborne’s Models 3 weeks ago. They took my money, and despite countless attempts to call (never answered and no opportunity to leave a message. Also emailed 3 times with no response. No sign of my item being dispatched. I have read other reviews the same. Does this company exist, or is it a scam. I am reporting them and contacting PayPal for a refund.

O dear spent this week in the south west having the intention of have a cream tea in Devon and opportunity arose to drop in on Osbornes well two visits in one day there at 12.30 close till 1.30 pm. and again at 3 pm closed 4 pm my missus says never again. Last year I managed to get an n gauge breakdown crane when he was open now I don't have a mess carriage to go with it. What shall I do.

I have purchased 3 pieces f Kato 3way extension cable's. Paid for it and never received them. 4 times I’ve mailed them, but never get an answer! They keep on sending my mails unanswered back. I have checked the mail address and website, that seems legal. Does anybody know something about this company?

Completely hopeless!
Ordered vehicles 21st April.
No call back, no replay to my emails.
Never answer the phone.
How can l get my money back?
Rubbish company like others how do they stay in business?

Item never arrived, was a gift so inconvenient as had to make alternate arrangements, ignored all correspondence, had to get refund via PayPal but still didn’t get P&P refunded, note to self read reviews before ordering! avoid at all costs

Ordered a crane in November 2024 never arrived emailed them to which they replied I would be receiving it soon, I then emailed them in January to ask if I was going to get my crane with no reply.
Thankfully I payed with PayPal with buyer protection and raised a case, and I received my £150 back today.
Poor customer service, took my £150 and received no item, will never use this company again, have told all my modelling friends about it!!!!

Having placed an order I looked here and thought I'd made a horrible mistake. However, the items turned up within 48 hours, well packed and complete. All is good.

Order placed and then nothing.Email sent and phone calls not answered only a message saying send email.Never had this problem of non delivery or no communication from any other model shop before.I should have read the negative reviews first.Place your orders and money with reputable retailers not here.

Ordered and paid for model three weeks ago - no sign of it .

Made an order on 30th November . Large price taken out of account the following day. Haven’t received my item. Had no response to emails and phone just rings out whatever time of day you call. Writing this review is my last hope before contacting my bank for charge back. No Christmas present for 83 year old father this year! 😡

Same as others on hear no reply to emails, will not answer phone .
Very poor lots of other shops replay with in 24hrs not this guy

Placed order, asked them to call to take payment. Tried calling several times myself and left messages and email. Not a single one answered or replied too. Highly recommend that other shops are used

I can see that others have had a poor experience from this shop but I've got to say that I've been generally happy - ordered a track package from them and it arrived promptly. Although, take my single example in the context of all the stories from dissatisfied customers.

Order placed in April, still waiting for a delivery.
No confirmation email on order and no tracking details for Parcel Force or Post Office.
Get the impression that it's all a bit shambolic

Placed an order on April 22nd.
Nothing arrived, finally got a reply to my emails on May 10th, as usual with this company an item was out of stock. We agreed to wait a further 10 days to see if it arrived and if not post the items on and refund the difference.
20 days have now passed no delivery, no refund and no reply to my emails
If you mail order from this company expect very very very long delays on delivery and very poor communication.

No communication after automated order confirmation. Six weeks later, no goods, no response to emails, does not answer the phone. Had to get money back via Paypal dispute resolution.

Appalling service. Ordered goods on 5 March 2023. Had an acknowledgement same day. Now 14th. March. Nothing. Phoned three or four times a day for the past. No answer. Message says send an e-mail. Done that three times. No response. Useless company. Do not use.
