It’s been good

I honestly love OurRitual. It provides relief, reflection and growth in our relationship. I'm really happy I found it and we get to do homework to help us understand why we do things. Ita a great tool. Bext couples therapy I've ever done.

My husband and I have only been doing this for a little over a month, but our relationship has never been better. Our therapist is so knowledgeable. She has incredible insight and has been instrumental in helping my husband and I form a closer more connected marriage. My only regret is that we didn't join years ago.

My partner was pretty hesitant about starting couples counseling, but after eight weeks of short, 40-minute sessions, we’ve really noticed things moving in a positive direction. In the beginning it felt a bit surface-level, almost like we were just going through the motions. But as we got to know and trust Molly, we opened up more—and honestly, that made some of the conversations tougher, but in a good, necessary way.

Now I don’t feel the same level of stress when something bothers me. I can make a quick note to bring it up with Molly later, and sometimes just knowing it’s written down is enough—the issue either works itself out or makes more sense in the bigger picture. Overall, the experience has been grounding and genuinely helpful.

Our therapist is so helpful! She really challenges me and my partner (which we both need because we are stubborn) and makes us dig deep down to the root of our needs. I see a noticeable difference in just 3 months! I’ve never been a therapy fan, but this has been so easy and impactful

Guided work with supplemental resources is helpful

The videos are digestible time lengths, and are easy to follow and understand. The sessions are short, but my expert makes the most of them. It truly feels like he is listening and makes mindful recommendations for work in between sessions.

It has been very helpfull to understand myself. It also helped me communicate with my partner. I was able to understand him and also tell him my needs and wants.

It’s helped me understand communication and how to open up to my partner better. Being able to talk weekly about different topics helps too

My therapist was okay. Other than showing up looking soaking wet (water literally dripping from their hair), he seemed to listen and understand. I actually liked the pathways, which is why I signed up. I went to a session and decided I would like to be in person so I canceled. Cancellation was bugging, so I had to find an alternate way to do it. This was WELL BEFORE 14 DAYS! I was told I am not getting the refund anyways. I cancelled within the time frame, met with my expert, and did everything I was supposed to. On top of that, they charge a $30 cancellation fee. This company preys on vulnerability and takes advantage of people going through a difficult time. Now, not only am I having marital issues but I am $150 down the drain for NOTHING!

OurRitual has been a great resource for me and my husband, supporting us in building resilience in the face of some stressful family situations, and also working through old triggers. We were paired up with an amazing therapist, who is a great fit for us, who lives across the world but whom we really love. The technology side has been a little clunky; we’ve run into a few issues with the online application. But overall, I think this is a good deal and super helpful.
