They take your payment and disappear. I booked some pallet collection for tomorrow and they haven't sent me label, no reply to my emails, nothing. I don't even know when will they turn up, if they will turn up, how. They went completely dark.

once you make the payment , your journey of darkness with this company start , the most unprofessional “company” in entire world , my shipment stuck somewhere for 2 weeks and they dont know if it was delivered or not they dont answer calls of emails , they are a complete scam tracking number not working , call them 100 times a day without a answer , I literally stuck with scam company

Imported a pallet from USA to UK using these guys. Service was exceptional - great communication, Fraser was so helpful and walked me through all paperwork process. Pallet was delivered on time and the price for this service was best in the market. Value for money. Highly recommended!

Due to space, I could not get the pallet ready for pick up until the driver arrived which should have been actioned. He was great, helped me load and wrap for transportation - the items were fragile ceramic tiles!!
All delivered in tact and I received my refund from the supplier - great service!

The cheapest price we've found for container shipping from China to UK. Always helpful and courteous.

P4D are completely untrustworthy. A FULLY INSURED item was delivered DAMAGED yet no compensation. Even a COUNTY COURT CJUDGEMENT against them hasn't resulted in compensation for my loss. If your item is expensive avoid these guys like the plague and utilise the courier directly even if they are a bit more expensive. It's not worth the risk.

First time sending a pallet, given our suppliers were being difficult, really felt that Ryan and Fraser went above and beyond supporting us and making sure our delivery arrived in time. They guided us through the process and were very responsive which was really nice as we never felt like we didn't know what was going on. Will certainly be working with them again in the future.

I read the reviews before booking and was a little nervous as a result. However it's clear that there was some oprational issues for a few weeks but that all is fine now. I placed pallet delivery bookings to Germany and so far everthing has been wunderbar!

This company needs AVOIDING, they were supposed to collect my pallet from the shipping company but never did, depsite promise after promise and numerous phone calls to them, they never call you back when they say they will, I had to pay over £1200 to the shipping company and have my pallet collected by myself, I have now obtained a CCJ against this company as they said they would repay the storage charges they caused, but they have not, next step is to send in the baliffs!!!

Trust me -- AVOID THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR GOODS!

Complete shower of s*** - job booked and paid for back in July, apparently the haulier went to pick up the 5 pallets but didn't have enough room on the truck (Who ever thought 5 pallets would fit into less space?) and they never went back ... Nothing from P4D regarding collection, other than that they were "being taken over and couldn't do anything for a week" (3 weeks ago) and now, no answer and probably no refund of the £660 I paid. If they have gone bust, it's for the best because they were always unreliable.

This company took the money in June 2023, but they did not ever collect the shipment on multiple occasions.
They did not refund the money as they said they would do.
