AVOID IT, THEY WILL QUOTE YOU WITH A LOWER ONE FOR BUSINESS, AND INCREASE IT IN THE TRANSPORTATION PROCESS, WE HAVE BEEN CHARGED OVER 1200 MORE IN THE MIDDLE, AND THEY LEAVE OUR PARCEL IN OTHER COUNTRY OVER TWO WEEKS BEFORE RETURN IT TO US. UNBELIEVABLE!

Great communication that made the process easy. Jumped onto a delivery problem instantly and sorted it out quickly. Great service.

We brought a consignment of books from their printer in Pune, India, to London, then sent a portion of the consignment to Switzerland. The whole process was efficiently carried out, we were kept in touch through the transit, and the consignment arrived in good order, both in London and in Switzerland. We are very grateful.

BEWARE HIGH VALUE ITEMS INSURED DELIVERY
I paid extra for fully insured delivery, item photographed pre and post delivery. Item was delivered badly damaged - crushed. After initial e-mail engagement from Ryan at P4D to solve this I am now 4 weeks into having this resolved to no avail. I will of course edit this review if P4D take ownership and solve this.

MY SUGGESTION - COURT OR A WINDING UP ORDER. THESE GUYS DO NOT PAY OUT INSURANCE FOR HIGH VALUE ITEMS. 7 EMAILS IGNORED BY "SUPPORT" DESPITE DOING EVERYTHING ASKED FOR.

Thijs was incredibly helpful when arranging collection and delivery of a parcel of high value that needed the up most care. I highly recommend Thijs, he is incredibly professional and pleasant to work with.

Dealing with P4D has been an absolute pleasure. Thijs was very fast at responding and sorted out my last minute need for a kitchen unit collection and delivery. He even managed to arrange for it to be all sorted on the same day!

Because of this level of service and professionalism I cannot recommend P4D highly enough and will certainly be using them again in the future

I recently issued legal proceedings against this company for significant business failures.

Avoid at all costs.

In response to P4D, we both know you have been very selective with the truth there. The goods were not on a prohibited list. However, all will say that if you don't want the pallet to go missing for months and then come back with £1000s worth of damage, do not use P4D.

Your goodwill gesture payment of £77, if we agreed to settle our claim, didn't cover the fuel and time we wasted finding a pallet you lost or the actual cost of sending a pallet which you are refusing to refund.

I booked and paid for collection for the following day. Come lunchtime still no confirmation of collection time. Contacted the company and they hadn't booked the driver. Offered collection the next day. I explained that this wasn't suitable and was offered a refund. I was advised 5-7 working days before I received it. 9 working days later and no signs of a refund. No response to my email enquiry. First and last time using this company.

P4D went out of their way to help. They overcame a problem that occured on a shipment from USA to UK in a very professional manner. Goods arrived promptly and undamaged. I would recommend them and definitely use P4D again. Shout out to Phil who was so helpful.

The p4d team have been so helpful with helping me fill in all the forms. Customer service came back to me straight away when I emailed and Tolu and Lily were amazing!

Mark was super helpful and ensured everything processed correctly, even after a few hiccups with the system online. Mark made sure we received the label via email and it was just in time for the collection. Excellent customer service!

Absolutely shocked at the level if customer service. Nothing but lies from the so called managed Ryan. Emails are now being ignored. Do nit trust any 5* review.
Thieves and crooks

Called in for an update on my order and was helped by Phillip, extremely helpful and professionally steered me towards the correct team to help me! Overall great service! very helpful and professional team and would highly recommend to others!

The company arranged to send me the relevant labels and customs documents via the post so I could still send my parcel inernationally.

P4D was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, any questions / queries were answer swiftly and issues sorted immediately.
