Very Pleased.
Not cheap, however you get what you pay for! The product was packaged very well ensuring no damage happened in transit.
The numbers are easy to paint over. The paints are of good quality and easily accessible once they’ve been numbered.
I be would definitely buy through this company again.

AVOID!!!!
AVOID!!!!
Contacted to confirm a delivery would arrive before Christmas. Was told it would be fine and to place the order. Now the 30th. Still no parcel and Steve has now stopped replying to my emails. Terrible customer service. I had asked for a refund and was told to wait until royal mail consider it lost. Avoid this company.
Things go wrong with post. But ignoring emails asking for a refund is extremely poor

Hi Michael,
We regret that your experience with us was not up to your expectations, and we truly understand the frustration of not receiving your parcel in time for Christmas.
Your order of a personalised kit (processed on 18/12/24 at roughly 8pm) was dispatched the following day (19/12) promptly with Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery, ensuring it should have arrived in time for the holidays. Unfortunately, delays or losses with couriers, while rare, can occur—especially during peak holiday periods. We apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused.
Regarding your refund request, we are required to adhere to Royal Mail’s process when parcels are delayed or lost which involves allowing their investigation period to conclude before we can claim the parcel as lost and issue a resolution. We understand this can feel frustrating, but we must comply with these procedures to ensure fairness and accountability.
We responded promptly to all your inquiries, including out-of-hours emails, with professionalism and a genuine intent to resolve the matter. While we appreciate feedback, we strive for mutual respect in our communications and were disheartened by the tone of some of your messages.
We take great pride in our products and customer service, and are committed to ensuring our customers have the best possible experience. We are not a scam, and it’s unfortunate this situation has caused you to view us this way.
Kind Regards,
Painting By Numbers Team

I haven't received any conformation…
I haven't received any conformation email with a date for a delivery. When I go to log into the account I made, it says my email doesn't exist, despite me having an email confirming that I had made an account on the website.
Edit: My original rating was 3 star, had to change it to 5! They helped fix my problem and replies were super fast (It was a me problem all along and not them tehe)!
My paint by numbers came today and it looks like good quality, I can wait to gift it to my friend for her birthday. Will definitely be buying one for myself and more for gifts in the future xxxx

Fantastic. Definitely recommend!
Delivery was super quick. The lines are clear, the paint is enough for each colour. I got them already mounted and got some brushes as well. Quality of the brushes isn’t great but they do the job. Absolutely loved painting this and the end result is fantastic. Will have a long stay in hospital and these will keep me company. Definitely recommend!

Dab by numbers - FRUSTRATING
The actual picture looks fantastic with the detail. The issues, the prints too dark and some of the paint is transparent meaning multiple coats are needed (a frustrating amount) generally with all the light colours. Some of the paints were far too thick and needing watering down and even that didn’t work great. Overall it was a dab by numbers to even try and cover most of pictures to make the paint thick enough to cover. I wouldn’t mind but for the price you pay you think you’d get better paint than what you get from the £1 shop.

This product is really cool
This product is really cool. You get everything you need. I would recomend maybe buying your own proper paint brushes because the ones given are great but do the job. This is my first time and I’m learning that you need to go over the colours a few times as they sometimes dry weird. Some of my paint was also a bit gloopy.
