My painting hadn’t arrived after 4 days…
My painting hadn’t arrived after 4 days so I contacted the Company. They couldn’t have been more helpful. It transpired that for some reason my address had been omitted from the order form so they were in the process of trawling back through previous orders to see if they could find my address. Thanks to their thoroughness the painting arrived the next day.

Needed a bit improvement
Delivery was very quick, however some colours weren't a good match and also some parts on the painting were missing a number with the colour.

Hi Monika,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
We're happy to hear that your delivery time was quick, however we’re sorry that you’re not overly satisfied with your paint-by-numbers kit. Upon review, I’m unable to see any missing numbers on the canvas, so I’ll be sure to check if there was a printing anomaly.
Regarding the colour-matching, due to each kit being limited to approx. 30 paint colours, it’s not possible for every detail to be matched to perfection, as a single image typically contains 16.8 million different colours. That being said, we are always looking to improve and will take your words into consideration.
Thank you for your understanding and your recommendation for improvement, we hope you enjoyed the painting experience.

Absolutely Exceptional Service!
I ordered a painting by numbers 3 days before valentines day, requesting with a note that i'd be eternally grateful if they could ship it as quick as possible. To my surprise, the kit arrived a day before and it was everything I could have hoped for. I'd recommend spending the extra for 'Canvas mounted on a frame'. I'm about to order my second painting by numbers! Thank you for making myself and my partner happy for a special day :)

Good product and good service
I ordered a custom framed paint by numbers canvas - I was dubious as there are many sites that look suspect to me. However, based on my experience, this one is genuine. The canvas arrived well packaged and with all instructions. My daughter loves it. It is quite detailed, but then the photo of our dog has a lot of detail so she is taking her time and enjoying it.
We had one small issue with a pot being dried when my daughter opened it, but a quick mail and a new pot was dispatched and arrived quickly.

Great customer service
Kit turned up with one paint pot missing (but mistakingly two of another pot). Contacted Painting by Numbers and they sent the missing pot out same day by first class post with apology. Everyone makes mistakes but it is rare these days to find a business that apologises and responds so quickly to remedy. This was my first purchase and I'll definitely be buying from them again. Quality product with great customer service. Thank you.
