Painting By Numbers Ltd Avis

My parcel went missing, despite royal mail saying it's been delivered to my door. My signature has been forged but still I can't be refunded. It's been a month and the painting by number team won't refund me. This is a scam!!!

Could have done without having to sign for delivery had to go to local post office with ID and sign to collect otherwise great

Ordered painting arrived very quickly beautifully packed and really enjoying painting.

I recently purchased two customised painting by number canvases through Painting by Numbers. The products are great and customer service is excellent. When additional paint pots were required and PDF versions needed to see the much smaller numbers, the customer services team dealt with our enquiries wonderfully!

I have been dealing with this supplier for some years and would recommend it to anyone. Beware of sites which offer similar products as although they eventually turn up you will not receive the same quality paints or quick delivery. With paintingbynumbers.co.uk I am sure you will and go back again and again.

great paint and canvas and very fast delivery, plus you get points for each canvas you buy.

I have been using paint by numbers for a number of months and have found them to be extremely good
Delivery was quick and product quality good

I was very impressed by the speed with which my order was processed and delivered. On receipt, I could see that the quality of the canvas etc. was excellent.
I have started painting and the colours are good and true to the photo submitted - this company seems to be better than others that I have tried, including one in America.

I would highly recommend this company customer service are absolutely on point extremely helpful and understanding very friendly.
I ordered a personalised painting it is the vets quality personalised paint by numbers I have ever had looks just like the photo I am so happy with it I will definitely be ordering again.

I have used their service that produces 'Paint by Numbers' from personal photographs. I have found the interpretation of colours was excellent and the details achieved was brilliant. I have used other providers and this company excelled in the overall quality of the product and their customer service.
Turn-around of orders was very good and the cost was was good value for money.

Quickness of delivery
Good quality
I love doing them I

Great service and a great product. Like the new way the pots of paint are presented.

Always well made, good paints that are not dried up! Painting ends up looking just like the photo, definitely recommend to anyone.

I’ve now ordered a couple of separate times, including a personalised piece. The quality was excellent and the detail/colour match ideal - and delivered at exceptional speed. Thank you so much!

Not the first time ordering from Painting By Numbers Ltd - I have completed a couple of their own paintings and one of my own photo prints - but what a fantastic company to deal with! The quality of their kits is excellent, with 30 colour tones for each and great detail in the work. I was a little sceptical about having my own photo printed but need not have worried - the results are incredibly detailed and accurate and I was delighted. So much so that my most recent order was for a further three photo paintings. But what makes the company stand out for me is the quality of service. Very easy to order and very quickly received - even splitting an order to go to two different addresses worked successfully - and the relative cost of having your own photos made into a painting is very reasonable too. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

Wow! The processing and shipping was extremely quick (2 days). The packaging was extremely nice quality and I love how the paints come in a structured box as well. Will definitely purchase again.

All the bad reviews must be for a different company!

The first time I ordered from them, the paints and canvas were great. Nothing to complain about. However, that was in 2021. I recently ordered from them again 2 weeks ago and I'm sad to say tgat the quality has diminished significantly. The paints were completely different colours from the picture and it was of awful quality. I was really looking forward to this project, but alas I can't even finish it. Will not be ordering from them again.

Lots of the other reviews are for the wrong company!

I know because I did my research properly before ordering. This company is based in the UK and they make their canvases onsite! They have nothing to do with China. I feel really sorry for this company having to fight a bad reputation that isn't even theirs!

The chap I dealt with (Steve) was incredibly helpful and they swapped delivery companies so I could get my order in time for Christmas! If they hadn't, I wouldn't have received my order in time so I am very grateful.

The best piece of advice I can give to people looking into custom paint by numbers. USE THIS COMPANY! I can't speak for all of the reviews but many of them mention China which automatically means you should ignore that review and almost all of the other companies who offer the same service are China based or in the USA.

Thank you again paintingbynumbers.co.uk, the custom canvas is incredible and far exceeded my expectations. Have an awesome Christmas, I know my wife will be thrilled with her gift.

I ordered a custom family portrait and provided a photo that met the recommendations for this type of kit. The kit i have been sent by this company is very poor quality and the company have advised my photo was of low pixelation which is the reason for the poor quality.

i have used another kit company and never had this problem before, the photo was a original photo and there is no reason for such a poor service.
I have emailed but the blame has been put back to me and the company are not interested in resolving.

The kit is unfortunately not useable. I should of listened to the previous reviews but i wanted to give this company a chance. i will be going back to the previous company i used last year.

I ordered 2 paintings on the 1st of June. They were meant to be a present for my grandma's 80th birthday. The estimated delivery was 3-5 days. I explained my situation on June 22nd, saying I no longer needed the paintings. They said they'd let me know as soon as the parcel returned to them.

On the 15th of July I asked for a refund, but had no response.

The parcel arrived in August when I no longer needed it. I messaged them again to reiterate I wanted a refund and got this response with no explanation, no apology, no offer to pay for postage:

You can return the parcel to:
