Jill was very helpful when booking our cruise even to the point of discussing the location of the cabins which were available in the grade we wanted.

I heard about Panache from a friend, which is what prompted me to book a cruise with them. I was slightly concerned because it was quite a complicated booking, but my cruise connoisseur, Robert Ledsham, could not have been more helpful and efficient. He went out of his way to resolve my issues with excellent results. Outstanding service. I cannot recommend this company. highly enough.

Panache is great. Try them
Panache are so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble in the planning and booking of our cruise. We have used them a few times now and have not found anywhere cheaper. They seem to be able to get the best deals and their aftercare is great too. Their service doesn’t stop with the sale. It’s also lovely to be able to speak to a real person (Kathryn in our case) and to deal with the same person who gets to know you and importantly always calls you back!

So far so good!
I switched to Panache Cruises because they really do seem to offer a personalised service. I'm fed up of paying my money then hearing nothing from the "delightful" sales person once the booking was made.
With Kathryn at Panache I feel very relaxed about the whole booking experience. I have already saved money on my booking because she has taken the time to secure a loyalty match status with a previous cruise company. It is also good to know that Kathryn will be oversee the whole cruise experience from beginning to end. So far so good!
