I was told via the site when I made the order that delivery would be 5-7days. Not true
I had to call repeatedly to chase up the delivery. I was given a date and the order didn’t arrive. Eventually I was told to call the delivery company they use/subcontract to, to find out the delivery date!!! I refused and told them to do it as they were the ones to subcontract the work. When you call they ‘appear helpful’ etc but blatantly lie about delivery. I believe the items I ordered due to the amount were not in stock, but they wouldn’t admit it. I organised 2 times for my workmen to arrive to start the work on a promise of delivery. Both times no delivery arrived. The tiles eventually arrived on the 3 rd occasion. No communication with you. You have to call them. I will never use again or recommend this company. I did ask in one of my conversations why they didn’t advertise the fact that they are useless at delivery… but that wouldn’t get any business would it?

Good quality slabs plus I had a special request re; delivery which the team communicated well about and were able to respond to.

Friendly delivery man, very helpful and delivered to were I wanted.

I had a great experience with Paving superstore! The website was easy to use, delivery was quick, and the paving materials were top quality. The team was super friendly and helpful — highly recommend!

No complaints about the products or delivery, and the service staff on the phone were pleasant to deal with, but I have had to repeatedly chase a reimbursement for more than £200 for more than six weeks without success. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Ordered a Rowlinson Log Store via Paving Superstore. Turns out the item is delivered directly by Rowlinson and Paving Superstore’s website saying the item was in stock was actually a load of rubbish. I had to contact Rowlinson directly myself (because PS’s customer service didn’t want to admit the screw up to me, so are ignoring emails) to find out it was out of stock, and would take at least another 2 weeks for it to be dispatched.
First and last time I’ll be using Paving Superstore.

Easy ordering experience. Delivery straightforward by really helpful guy. Slabs all in perfect condition and a really good mixed selection. Everything as described.

Kevin, who I spoke to on both occasions I called, was very helpful in every respect. Ready to answer any question and very quick with everything he promised to do. Altogether, my order and delivery process ran smoothly. Delivery as organized. The product is great too. Would definitely recommend.

UPDATE: company have now said it was their error marking it as waiting for stock rather than a refund. Now been told I have to wait another 10 days for a refund. Horrendous service on the phone on the phone this morning never been spoken to like that when a company have messed about twice and I’m still £1070 out of pocket. Your reply is completely false and meaningless after yet another bad experience………DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, there are a lot better ones out there. Needed a certain type of slab and this company had it in stock ready for delivery according to website and then a phone call with the company to confirm. The working day before delivery at 4.30 I was told they don’t have them. So I asked what can you do to help me and my customer out. Their suggestions were to tell the customer either to have a smaller patio and pay extra for different slabs or use sandstone instead of what my customer had requested. Not happy at all, I drove 200 miles to get the slabs my customer wanted at no extra charge to them and keep the job on track, that’s how companies should treat their customers. Haven’t had a refund for nearly a month now and struggling to get money back

Ordered 18.5 sqm of raj setts £751 on the 23rd of August, on the 27th I was told that they are not in stock and its upto 14 days wait for a refund, not ideal but no problem, I've been waiting over a month for said refund,
Contacted them on multiple occasions only to be told they will ask the "accounts team" and get back to me, i have heard nothing back, thankfully I used a credit card!

Very happy with my Bowland Stone Catherine Wheel Paving Circle purchase it was exactly as described on the website great price very well packaged, no damage & the communications for delivery were great. A perfect addition to my garden & it looks brilliant.

Purchased some porcelain for an outdoor seating area in my garden. Arrived quicker than expected which was a nice surprise. Staff were more than happy to give me some advice on laying the slabs.

Very good prices for a quality product which included delivery. Pallet truck delivery for bricks is not ideal due to the weight which was not helped by using double pallets which added to the weight considerably.

Purchase some turf was ring the next day and told that delivery would take place today (Thursday) rang in the morning to see what time it would arrive was told 2pm ,was then rung again to say that the lorry had Brocken down and I was told Tuesday for delivery.
I emailed them and asked for recompense as ive has to take the day off work to receive turf that's now not comming and Tuesday I'll have to take another day off . Was told absolutely not . So I then asked THREE times for the order to be cancelled to then be told I'm not getting a refund for yo to 14 days . Not on!
terrible company didn't even apologize really and now I've got to wait 2 to 3 weeks for a refund of £250 . Avoid like the plague . In future I'll stick to shopping local

As other reviews they are very rude as I explained I had to take the day off to receive the turf I asked for recompence as it's not my fault the alleged lorry broke down AFTER they arranged for it to be delivered that day at 2 pm . I was told nope no compensation every although I explained that I'm at a huge loss for Thier problems .
I'm still awaiting a refund of which I'm told it'll take around 14 days to even get to one of their finance team them further time for the actual refund . Contacted the turf supplier to find it's not been canceled with them either that Habe now canceled it at Thier end . I explained that we have worked very hard to provide a garden for my son who is disabled and this is his only outside space I don't understand why that's seen as appropriate we are nearly trying to get grass down and bedded before the bad weather kicks in again . I didn't demand compensation I asked if the company would offer any and frankly after reading the reviews I do not trust this company in any way . I asked three times for the other to be canceled and then I was told ot was only to find out it hasn't been .

Ordered 60m2 of paving for a garden project and the experience was absolutely awful from start to finish. After receiving an initial confirmation email stating delivery would be within 5 to 7 days, I heard nothing back at all. I then emailed and called, finally spoke to someone who told me he would need to contact their supplier for a delivery date and get back to me. I had hope at this stage, but another week went by and still no communication, so I called again today and spoke to a very unhelpful man who basically argued with me about how he couldn't do anything as it was down to the supplier to tell me when the slabs would be delivered. I've now asked to cancel my order and thoroughly hope that I'll get my money back. I massively regret ordering from them and would advise everyone else to avoid Paving Superstore like the plague. Awful.
