Good product and price but poor delivery service
I was promised that it would be with me in 2 - 3 days. Monday came and nothing arrived. Rang to chase and was told the transport people would ring back, they didn't. The product arrived Tuesday and put a whole project back by a full day. Very irritating given the assurances. Happy to buy from them again, but this industry needs delivery accuracy

Hassle free ordering process. Delivered in a few days. Only one broken slat out of 120 square metres. Perfect porcelain tiles non slippy which was my main concern.

Rope edging
Rope edging was a very good price, delivery was included and arrived quickly. Four pieces were slightly damaged-Paving superstore asked for proof of the damage, which I then sent photos by emails, and they were replaced within 5 days which I think is a fair time. It is a nice product and I am happy with the purchase. Thank you.

Ordering was easy and the paving…
Ordering was easy and the paving arrived in a few days on a pallet so all was in good order (no breakages). The delivery driver was courteous and placed the pallet in a convenient place. However apart from the confirmation email, which stated delivery is usually 2-4 working days, their was no other communication until the driver arrived and he phoned to say he was outside of the property. It would have been useful to have had an email informing me the day of delivery, and ideally a time slot.

Poor Delivery
The pros: The slabs we ordered were end of line and good quality. All arrived on time.The cons: poor delivery experience - was nnot left where we asked and we expected some chips etc but had 6 broken slabs

Might be best to check stock over the phone before ordering.
After placing the order online- I received a message that the product was 'out of stock' and that they had not updated the website. Huge irritation and then you have to request a refund- but it was resolved and stuff were friendly enough.

I was disappointed with the paving color, as it didn’t match the image, but kept it due to return costs. It looks good now that it’s laid, but I’ll request a sample next time—3.5 stars.

Improving the drive entrance
The Web site was accurate and informative. It was possible to converse about best options with regards economical quantity to purchase.
Once order placed the delivery came before the estimated delivery date, but I was kept informed all the time.
The driver was helpful and placed the pallets where we wanted them.
The product has enhanced the drive entrance.

Very happy with order
Very happy with order. Got the last few packs of a clearance range when I rang them up. Our order arrived in 4 days and we got started immediatly, the backyard has never looked so good, we can now use it all year round.
