I absolutely love my new flooring. Makes me so happy to finally have nice flooring again. Only thing negative is that the fitters left over flooring which i later found disposed of at the side of my property. It was hidden between the slates of a pallet i have at side of house. I'd have happily disposed of it properly or kept for something else as size maybe enough to do my bathroom. Assume it's what I'm paying for. More the fact it was obviously intended that I didn't see it.

The customer service team was excellent from start to finish from the free measuring service to the fitting of the carpet was done quickly and smoothly nothing was a problem with the whole service and the fact that you can pay weekly or monthly is a big plus

The fitters arrived when stated and got straight on with the job. They were finished just after lunch and tidied everything up.
The work is absolutely beautiful and has transformed our house , we will definitely be recommending and using again.
The quality is absolutely fantastic and makes it really homely.

⭐ VERY DISAPPOINTING – BE CAREFUL BEFORE SIGNING ANY AGREEMENT

I would not recommend PaySmart Carpets based on my experience.

When their estimator came to my home, I specifically showed him the small cupboard areas in my hallway and kitchen. I was told that the cut-outs/offcuts would be used to cover these areas. However, when the fitter arrived, they refused to do it. When I contacted the office to explain what their estimator had promised, instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, I was met with dismissive responses and language that I found very disrespectful.

Another major concern is the way their payment arrangement was presented. Their website advertised “no credit check”, yet after I entered into the agreement, a hard credit search appeared on my credit file. I was not clearly informed by the estimator that agreeing to the payment arrangement would result in a hard search. Had this been clearly explained to me beforehand, I would have been able to make an informed decision before proceeding.

I have already raised my concerns with the company regarding the credit search, and unfortunately this latest issue with the fitting has made my experience even worse.

There appears to be a serious disconnect between what customers are told before signing and what happens afterwards. If your estimator makes commitments while arranging a sale, those commitments should be honoured or the company should take responsibility for resolving the situation.

I paid a substantial amount of money expecting a professional and reliable service. Instead, I have been left frustrated by poor communication, promises not being honoured and disrespectful customer service.

My advice to anyone considering using PaySmart Carpets is to read everything extremely carefully, ask specifically whether any payment option involves a hard credit search, and get every promise about fitting and additional areas in writing before signing or paying anything.
