Been with the company for 11 years and have never missed payments owed to them, that was before my bank blocked my business account. I resolved the issue with the bank and within 48 hours they received payment. They still however charged £95 for being late. No sympathy, no understanding and no reaching out to find out the situation to better understand what happened. So much for 11 years of loyalty with 3 terminal in our three locations Will not renew my contract thats for sure and have told others who were thinking of joining this vile company to not bother.
