I could not return a faulty motherboard. The motherboard has coil whine and noise problems when I move the cursor.
Don't buy from them if you don't want to be scammed.
Also, don't buy gigabyte motherboards.
I will never buy from them again.

I ordered some products on BF but they never arrived, not even after 3 weeks. I did ask them to speed up things and they only wrote back generic responses that "we contacted the delivery company..." but nothing really happened. I cancelled the order and now they say they can't refund me until they get products back. What products? They never arrived! Such a shady and scummy company!

I was scammed by these people. I bought an b450 aorus pro motherboard and I also added in the card a bios update, and than I contacted the operator and told him that I dont want the update if the motherboard was ryzen 3000 ready. He said that he will do just that. Than charged me for the bios update. I just got the motherboard and on the box is writen "RYZEN 3000 desktop ready" but they still charged me for the bios update. Nicely done thiefs!

Saying I was treated with the utmost lack of respect is an understatement. This is the first time in my life that I was ridiculed by employees of a store. I can also confirm the warranty issues. I had a really hard time filling a warranty for an 18$ product. I can imagine having a lot less luck if it was more expensive. PC Garage was a trustworthy supplier before 2016, but that is definitely no longer the case. Save yourself the grief and pick any other store in Bucharest, it's unlikely to be worse than PC Garage.

Am cumparat un ceas Amazfit Stratos, dupa 6 luni a intrat apa in el pentru ca sa dezlipit gemuletul de la senzorul de amprenta fara sami dau seama, mi-au anulat garantia pe motiv ca a intrat apa, defectul fiind de fabricatie, ceasul garanta ca rezista la 50m adancime!
Mi-aiu provovcat un sentiment de greata, acei oameni merita sa li se intample ce e mai rau...

First I was sent an extra SSD, that I did not order, together with the charger I did order. Ofc I was contacted about it, and being the good citizen I am, I returned it. Just so later I could find out that the charger itself is not working. Tried contacting them, no answer.

The only thing that is ok about them is the price(sometimes!).
Warranty is a lie. I have an Xbox One Elite controller(a rather pricey item) and one of the bumpers broke 3 months in(this is a known problem with this product).
They refused warranty saying I wasn't using it "properly".
I got mine replaced by Microsoft official.
I got a series of boilerplate answers from them when I tried contacting them.
Filed a complaint with ANPC which doesn't really mean anything in Romania.

DO NOT buy from PC GARAGE (Bucharest, Logofat Tautu) they insert fake serial numbers in the system and when you try to return the product for warranty check they tell you that the product has not been bought from their store. Incredible level of scam!

Tried to buy something from this shop and got scammed. First they call you that you need to wait up to 10 days for your product (but they say everywhere prior order 24/48h). Then they come with an email that sais 'Sorry, we are not able to ship your product'.
You can't call them and they don't have a call center for purchase orders. They just give you a form and that's it.
Will never visit this website again.

NU RECOMAND!!! Cea mai proasta experienta pe care am avut-o de cand cumpar online. Am cumparat un ASUS ROG Zephyrus S, am platit prin bitcoin cu $500 mai mult din cauza conversiei lor. Plata a durat 3 zile sa se confirme. Comanda si plata a fost facuta marti dimineata, este sambata si inca nu am primit produsul.
Folosesc cea mai mizera firma de curierat, SAMEDAY care a luat pachetul de vineri dimineata si inca nu l-au livrat desi sustin ca livreaza in aceeasi zi. M-am oferit sa ma duc la depozit sa ridic pachetul personal, dupa 2 ore de cautat 3 adrese diferite, sunt in continuare fara pachet. In concluzie si PC GARAGE si SAMEDAY cu care lucreaza sunt niste mizerii. Sameday are 1800 de reviewuri si rating o steluta, ce sa mai zic? Serviciu cu clientii - 0, Plati - 0, Curierat - 0 Produsul? - inca astept!!!NU RECOMAND !!!

Never buy from the PC Garage. I ordered an expensive TV and I got broken, they don't want to change. I tried to solve with the consumer protection (ANPC) but they can't help. So Pc Garage is a scammer.

The worst experience, and waste of money, time and nerves. I purchased pieces from a new pc, and 2 out of 6 that i needed, were broken. One was broken, like shattered into pieces in the box, and the other one, was broken after a few months, due to the bad conditions they keep the products in that filthy garage. They refused to return my money, or give me another product, for the one they sold into pieces, cause they said it s my fault, i didn t checked the product in front of them, and checked it home, after 20minutes, when wanted to install the pc. And they accused me that i broke the piece. After yelling and swearing, and threats, i managed to get my money back. and with the second piece that is broken, i will just buy somewhere else, not to have to deal with those arrogant people over there, that treat you in a horrible way, and they will find a reason not to return my money, or replace it, or fix it. They sell broken pieces, and when you want your money back, they just act like it s your fault, and they barely look at you, and act like the biggest arrogants on the planet. They are a scum "bussines" to sell broken pieces, and then to blame it on the client, not to return the money, or replace the product. No customer service, instead arrogant people that speak horribly with you, and don t care about anything. Not to mention the motive they have broken pieces, the conditions they keep them. I saw under some stair boxes with products, that were kept in snow...The boxes were wet, and just thrown out there... Run from this "store"! Hope they will go lose all their clients, as they just want to steal your money, whilst selling you nothing....

I do not recommend this website. I've recently purchased a ram memory for my laptop and I wanted to return it because I picked the wrong type. They did not accept my return because they said it was resigilated, which makes no sense to me. How am I supposed to see what I've purchased if I can't open the box ?

Am comandat un PC pe piese de la ei iar sistemul a avut una dintre piese defecte deoarece sacada o data la 20-30 minute. L-am returnat iar ei mi-au spus ca sistemul nu are nici o problema si ca nu imi vor returna contravaloarea serviciului gold de asamblare, ba chiar m-au obligat sa mai platesc 130 lei dezasamblarea. Am iesit pe minus cu 280 lei si cu 2 saptamani pierdute. Am video-uri in care pot demonstra ca pc-ul se blocheaza, in schimb ei tot au insistat ca nu are nici o problema. Voi face o sesizare la ANPC si voi face tot ce pot ca multa lume sa afle de aceasta situatie.

Abuz din partea Pc Garage si nerespectarea conditiilor de garantie, in cazul unui produs in termenul de garantie, trimis la testare in service, care a fost stornat, fara sa fiu instiintat in prealabil, doar pentru simplul motiv ca nu este in stoc si nu poate fi inlocuit.

Stornat la pretul de achizitie de 725,49 lei din 2016, iar in prezent 2018, costa 1.566,28 lei. Eu doresc inlocuirea sau repararea sa, in schimb PC Garage nu doreste sa-mi ofera o explicatie clara, chiar daca politica site-ul o prevede.

In momentul de fata, Pc Garage nu imi prezinta un document, cum ca, produsul este sau nu defect, nu doreste sa inapoieze produsul, in schimb, au stornat cum am spus mai sus suma de 725,49 lei in contul de client. Astept si un punct de vedere din partea ANPC.

Raspunsuri mecanice la orice problema. Garantiile sunt in general prin Depanero, nu ii intereseaza neseriozitatea partenerilor (Depanero in acest caz). Pe scurt ii doare in cur de client.

Am cumparat de la pcgarage.ro o casca bluetooth, au trimis-o defecta (microfon nefunctional). Inlocuirea este refuzata pe motiv de igiena (se pare ca am desigilat ambalajul care nu prezenta niciun sigiliu). ANPC-ul le-a dat dreptate. Cumparati deci cu incredere rebuturi noi, le reparati dupaia...

Am comandat mai multe chestii de la ei, una dintre ele fiind un PC pe componente. Baietii s-au miscat foarte repede chiar daca unele componente erau in stoc in magazin, ci erau in stoc furnizor.A durat cam o saptamana cu tot cu asamblarea si livrarea. Nu am avut probleme cu ei si sper sa nu am nici in viitor. Pana acum o experienta foarte buna! Pot sa zic ca recomand.
