I enquired with this company to have a site visit and happy to pay the £150 for this. 3 weeks with numerous emails trying to arrange a visit so frustrating hence no business from me. Very difficult to deal with do not respond to emails very efficiently.

Hi Jayne,
Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the confusion caused during the booking process. Following your initial enquiry, your request was passed to our survey team, and you were contacted within our quoted timeframe of 5–7 working days to arrange your site visit. Unfortunately, the dates offered was not suitable, and we're sorry we weren't able to find an alternative before you decided not to proceed.
We appreciate that the crossed communication from our office caused frustration, and we have reviewed this internally to help prevent it happening again. We wish you all the best with your project.
Many Thanks,
Pear Stairs 🍐

Excellent price and service although I thought delivery charge was astronomical. But the cost of the product outweighed the cost of delivery so was still worth it.
