Excellent service and price

An outstanding company and product. Every part is precision made and fits perfectly.

Amazing service. really sturdy staircases. Continuous handrail looks fantastic at a fraction of the normal price.
Technical support was truly out of this world. Dale made our staircase dreams come true

Fantastic service and I'd highly recommend. We had been looking for beading to create wall panelling in our living room. Prices were great, fast delivery with tracking. Beading was great and perfectly straight. Thank you!

Delivery time is excellent

I ordered some panelling/ beading which was an incredibly low price in comparison to other places - I was quoted triple the price elsewhere!

The website was clear and easy to navigate, and delivery was quick and as specified on the emails and texts.

A great service with no unnecessary 'faffing'. And the panelling looks great! Would recommend to others and I'll definitely be back to place another order.

Good comms regarding stair design . Very efficient with their process . Cost was sensible and delivery and product very good

Was told my delivery would be on this day. Stayed in all day and no delivery. Phoned and was told that it had gone to the wrong dispatch depot and would be delivered the next day meaning another day off work. The assistant did help and say that they could deliver am which helped a bit. The items arrived the next day and pleased with the purchase.

Took delivery last week of our oak staircase for one of our projects, very well made and perfectly sized! We needed the delivery sooner than the estimated 3-4 week lead time given so asked if they could help and took delivery after 10 days! Great service.
The quality of the stairs are also fantastic and have the seal of approval from my carpenter who is really particular!!!!

Great service as usual

Lovely company to deal with.Quality products and ladies in the office very helpful.Only downside was the delivery charge was on the high side .

I’ve had several orders delivered now, and every one has arrived in excellent condition with nothing damaged or missing. A consistently reliable service.

Very good service explained how a small alteration good make a big difference we’re happy to spend the time needed for the stairs to be right for us would use again and would recommend

The stairs turned up just over a week after the order.
Quick,efficient and comprehensive.
An easy fit for us as components are pre cut, morticed and very user friendly.
They had thought of Everything.
We were outside their usual catchment area, but took the trouble to help us out.
My sister( the customer) is over the moon with the results.
Very reasonable price wise.
I would certainly recommend in the same way they were recommended to me.
A good team/system.

5 stars for sure.

Highly recommend this company. Lots of help available on the telephone and a bespoke option sourced for our particular needs when what we needed was unavailable. Very happy with the products when they arrived.
