The claim was progressing as expected but with a fixed deadline approaching our client required a flexible approach to the claim. Knowing our client required some urgent assurance I reached out to Allie Williamson, who within minutes of my message returned to me with confirmation that the matter was in hand and that the claims hander would shortly confirm liability was accepted, costs agreed and that an interim payment would be arranged. Allie can be counted on to go the extra mile and with Guarav quickly actioning the formal correspondence our client was delighted. It is a pleasure to deal with an insurer who understands the needs of our clients and this comes naturally to Allie. This excellent service demonstrates to the client they are not only being looked after and valued but also that their Broker and Insurer work as a team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
