I want a refund. Customer service is slow. When I was trying to track my dog it gave me an over 100 mile radius of where she could possibly be. Saying she was over 30 miles away from home but when I called my neighbor to go check on her she was at home. I do not recommend.

I applied to transfer my pets microchip after adopting from a rescue. I received confirmation that it went through. I ordered a microchip tag. The next day I received an email notifying me again that the transfer went through and I was being removed as the pet owner. My payment also went through the day before. I logged on to my account and all of my pets information was removed. I contacted support immediately and they said they had to send the call to someone above them. I have yet to hear a word from anyone.

I experienced no problems making my purchase on the website.

Process for microchipping was easy and flexible. The process for transferring the ownership of our dog was simple. Changes such as a name change after adoption can be made on the website.

Timely and once again great cat collar to replace his lost one. They are expensive but worth it! Very well made. I wish they were covered by loss insurance! He lost it within 3 days. :(

My daughter was out walking Princess.. our Havanese, and passed out. At some point, Princess decided to pretend she was Lassie and went running down the highway. That alone is upsetting enough, but we are so blessed and grateful that not only some wonderful people on the street rescued her (who we have no idea who they are) reported Princess as being found on the road to the police and in the process the police reported her missing and checked her chip and then returned her to us.
You literally saved our lives, certainly Princess’…. thank you for all you do… this could’ve turned out tragically and to see how the process went after her guardian angels rescued her from the highway…. The rest of the journey was all dependent on her chip. They could tell who she was and where she belonged and how to get in touch with us. Without a chip, she would’ve ended up in a shelter or in someone else’s family. That would’ve been as devastating for her as it was for us.
I hope anybody that realizes that this all happened because of wonderful people, services and most of all having all my furry friends chipped, dogs, and cats!!!!
