My daughter was out walking Princess.. our Havanese, and passed out. At some point, Princess decided to pretend she was Lassie and went running down the highway. That alone is upsetting enough, but we are so blessed and grateful that not only some wonderful people on the street rescued her (who we have no idea who they are) reported Princess as being found on the road to the police and in the process the police reported her missing and checked her chip and then returned her to us.
You literally saved our lives, certainly Princess’…. thank you for all you do… this could’ve turned out tragically and to see how the process went after her guardian angels rescued her from the highway…. The rest of the journey was all dependent on her chip. They could tell who she was and where she belonged and how to get in touch with us. Without a chip, she would’ve ended up in a shelter or in someone else’s family. That would’ve been as devastating for her as it was for us.
I hope anybody that realizes that this all happened because of wonderful people, services and most of all having all my furry friends chipped, dogs, and cats!!!!

I have a Cavapoo puppy, 3 months old. Using Petlink, after reading reviews was an easy decision. I now feel confident in finding my puppy should she is lost.

Good product choices! I appreciated the variety of name tags with contact information for a reasonable price.

My puppy managed to chew up the small tag that came with the chip he has, so having a collar with his name and the phone number of pet link on it makes me feel more secure.

I disliked how slow the reaction time worked on my phone. Pete was in my house when it still said he was outside, and vice versa.

The PetLinks tracks my dog. The only complaint is it use to send a notice to my phone when the battery is low and it does not do it now. Maybe I do not know how to set it, but it will be helpful to have it go to my phone before it runs out of battery.

Very cute reflective break away safety color with pink bell, but too rigid and big for a kitten. Delivery was amazingly fast! You can tell this is a reputable company. The collar is just too big for my kitten to wear right now. Also, I would have liked the option to readily see on the collar the owner's address and phone number.

Just the whole experience has been wonderful from having her tags to registering to picking a tag with her identification number to put on her collar and all of them are actually really cool it was definitely a hard choice I personally picked the purple glitter paw that matches my pup perfectly
