Good product but…….
1. The battery doesnt last very long
2. It takes quite a while to perform “live tracking” …. Other than that it is a good reliable product.

My pet was missing/found while I was at doctor's appointment. The person who found her called the number on her ID tag, PETLINK, and Petlink connected us and I was able to retrieve my pet.

I jad to buy a second unit because…
I jad to buy a second unit because battery goes dead on battery saver mode very quick. That required a 2nd gps subscription. Told company issue and that really the battery should be able to be swapped out like a drill battery so you dont new a new gps subscription. Poor, Poor help from customer service , no real understanding of issue, just send more money
