Ordered £90 of good including a La! Tshirt with proceeds going to charity. Nothing arrived. Emails, social media messages & official website form all ignored. This seller has clearly been inundated with orders & can’t cope, slating anyone who dares to complain by emphasising he’s a small shop & that SOME sales go to charity. Any requests for refunds or products paid for on social media are deleted by the company. You will not receive your goods so order elsewhere & donate to the Terence Higgins Trust independently like I did instead. I have now got to claim a chargeback through my bank as customer service is clearly non existent. I’m glad they have raised money for charity but many of this is by orders that are never received by the customer. Such a shame as I really wanted to support their small business.

I ordered a shirt last April 2020 and it never arrived. All emails and messages have been ignored.

Ordered a La! Tshirt as a present. Funds taken on 12th Feb by Philip Normal.- no communication from company or delivery info. Appreciate you are a small business and have been overwhelmed with orders but unfortunately I have had to source an alternative gift and require a refund. Your contact page on your website keeps on deleting any message I try to send. Please provide a means of contact as I would like a full refund.

Item received and returned as too late. Royal Mail signed for snd have proof it was received back at appropriate address. No refund received to date. I note also you have 'named and shamed' reviewers on your Twitter account, my name is there. Completely inappropriate as I have dealt with you courteously at all times.

I can only agree with so many other reviews - so very disappointed with this company. Ordered the La. T shirt on 3rd February for daughter's birthday after hearing an interview with Philip Normal on Times Radio. Have not received any response to my emails and no details as to when or indeed if the T shirt will be dispatched. Such a great shame. Have had to resort to commencing a case against the company via PayPal.

I ordered on 31/12/2020. It's a Sin didnt air until 22/01/2020 so popularity of the "La." Tshirts can't be blamed for my crappy experience.

Never received my order, ignored weeks of messages, won't provide tracking info, ignored request for refund, deletes social media comments from others with similar experiences. Its a massive avoid from me which is a shame because the products look awesome and this was a brand I really wanted to support (I'd already planned my next order). Reading other reviews I do wonder whether they take orders without any intention of ever fulfilling them? Who knows, just not worth the gamble.

Declined to provide tracking information to prove the order was ever fulfilled. Although i received an instant response to a business review left online (which criticised me for leaving a bad review during covid but made no attempt to explain why this meant could not fulfill online orders) weeks of polite order update requests by Instagram, Facebook, email and the contact section of the website largely went unanswered. I did receive a vague response a couple of weeks ago of "you'll receive it next week". I never did. I never received a dispatch email like my order confirmation email advised I would, thus I have no reason to believe my order was ever fulfilled. Covid has had a detrimental impact on so many businesses and people (hence why i currently cannot justify sending someone £35 and six weeks later having absolutely nothing in return) but please don't use this an opportunity to justify scamming customers, if fulfilling orders is understandably difficult then simply do not take people's hard earned money.

UPDATE: Refund eventually received, but not because Philip Normal gave me my money back but because he didnt respond to the case so PayPal ruled in my favour. (Weird he doesn't respond to paypal cases as he's adamant all orders are most certainly fulflled). So, as Philip normal says refunds very well may be "obviously issued" after all. But not voluntarily, only if you can get another party to forcibly take your money back on your behalf.
