We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of prepared clay bodies, ceramic materials, glazes, tools, equipment, machinery and kilns. Highly popular pottery classes hosted by Wedgwood master potter, Jon French, are held here at Potclays each week. Customer service delivered over expectation
Ordered glaze from Potclays while the package was a bit messy due to an unlocked cap of one of the bottles. Sarah from sales immediately react on it for replacement in 2 days and I was happy about how the company response to the issue. Great customer service.

Potclays - Not what it was!
Made an order online. Rung Potclays the day after to see if they could add 1 more item. This was done, and paid over the phone by debit card. I then got charged twice! and the order came without the additional item added! Practically impossible to get through over the phone and emails taking far to long to answer. Not a very professional service to say the least.

We're sorry for the issues with your order. We always try to accommodate additions or changes to orders that have already been placed, so customers don’t have to cancel and place a new order. On this occasion, unfortunately, this process hasn’t worked as it should.
When you contacted us to add the additional item, you asked Michelle if you could pay for the full order, which is why the second payment was taken. We have since arranged a refund of the original payment, so this is now in hand.
Unfortunately, the original order paperwork was used in error by our Stores team, meaning the additional item was missed. This has now been arranged separately.
We’re also sorry that you had difficulty getting through to us and experienced delays with our email responses.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience, and we hope all is resolved to your satisfaction now.

Knowledgeable staff
Fantastic service received from everyone at Potclays. I needed help with choosing clay and was advised by two members who both had a wealth of knowledge. I wish I lived in Stoke because I’d be visiting everyday to purchase glazes!

Replacement Items
Two of my items (despite robust packaging) arrived damaged. I emailed Sarah and received a prompt response. Within a few hours replacement items had been sent by next day delivery. No questions or haggling over returns and refunds which was reassuring. Brilliant customer service and a great reason to buy from Potclays.
