My existing order was delayed so I could add items. As a newbie potter I was unsure of the clay to get so I now have a couple of samples to try first.

Great service from start to finish. Fast delivery and goods were all intact. The delivery box was a little battered but all the contents were fine luckily. The guy delivering was carrying 25kg under his arm so to be expected. I was kept informed of the order from ordering to the final delivery. Top notch service. Thank you 😊

Potclays’s always have a great range of my regular glazes and are very helpful with the orders. Excellent website and great follow up with delivery.

I order from them regularly - they’re my main supplier for glazes, kiln furniture and odds and ends. It’s always really easy. Delivery is pretty quick, and everything’s packaged well. I don’t recall ever having anything come broken or missing. The few times I’ve spoken to customer service they’ve been helpful and nice.

Potclays was extremely helpful and very serviceminded, when I (living in Norway) ordered tools for my lovely English daughter-in-law for her birthday, to pick up in the store.
Both a card and wrapping was supplied.

And I was very pleased with their fast response and positive feedback.

I'd just thought i'd spend a minute to say that the customer service at Potclays was sincerely wonderful. There was a slight error with one of my glazes that i bought, and the wrong one was sent in error. I contacted Potclays and Sarah S. immediately sent me the correct product - absolutely no hassle or fuss - she simply sorted everything in minutes. In addition, the speed of dealing with the issue was amazingly fast with the replacement glaze being delivered to me in hours (honest - that fast!). In a world in which almost every digital interaction is a pain for me, Potclays and more specifically Sarah restored my faith in online shopping and wider customer service experiences!!
