Number One telephone Service Company
Fantastic service All UK calls covered with their very reasonable monthly fee Detailed call listing each month. Retained our Seniors analog phones and number. Went beyond the duty call to assist when The fibre installations went badly wrong when Open Reach disconnected the land line and were unable to connect the fibre to the house which had been installed by third party idiots.

A great all round service from an easy…
A great all round service from an easy to understand web site to clear instructi8ons of what I had to do. Everything was made easy. I recommend Premitel. Steve was particularly helpful I found. Thanks Steve.

Easy and professional
Couldn't have been easier and more professional in getting the base service going.
I'm currently a user of another VOIP service which I recall was a little more bother to set up, is not transparent on billing and has jacked up its prices. So I'm keen to switch to Premitel, porting a number across

Excellent Phone Company
Phone worked straight out of the box and has been working well with no issues. Excellent support who dealt with the transfer from BT and have answered any queries I’ve had very promptly. Also very good value. Highly recommended.

'One of my better decisions'
Somewhere into my third year with Premitel - zero issues! Timely monthly emailed reminders of regular static charge for VoIP calls, decoupled from copper & Broadband suppliers - remains one of my better decisions! Affordable, better quality, great support, and seamless - following decades of 'old school' technical issues, reliability of cost & service is spot-on!

Streets ahead of the rest in all aspects!
First class service from staff who couldn’t be more helpful in answering all my queries promptly. Their system has performed flawlessly from the start, and their included management web portal, web-phone, and mobile phone app are useful, informative and easy to use…and all encompassed in a very competitive pricing structure.
Many Companies would do well to follow their lead, they simply can’t be faulted!
