First class service from staff who couldn’t be more helpful in answering all my queries promptly. Their system has performed flawlessly from the start, and their included management web portal, web-phone, and mobile phone app are useful, informative and easy to use…and all encompassed in a very competitive pricing structure.

Many Companies would do well to follow their lead, they simply can’t be faulted!

Installation was easy and flawless. After one year of use the service still works and has never gone down. Hassle free. I use it with Starlink internet and have no telephone land line or land cable connection. So glad to have nothing further to do with BT.

Using this service to maintain my landline number after switching to full fibre internet service and therefore losing the old copper BT telephone line. Transfer of landline number to this service very staightforward. Have used the web portal to set up forwarding of all calls received on landline number to my mobile number-all working. Very happy with the service received.

Premitel switched my home phone line from EE on the due date with no fuss. We retained our existing number and used our existing cordless phones with only the addition of an analogue adapter supplied by Premitel at a reasonable price. Call quality is excellent and the included services such as a mobile app and web app, together with a free trial for 30 days, are very useful. The level of service (thanks Stephen) is flawless,and provision of a home phone service with 200 included minutes for £6pm is more than competitive.
I highly recommend Premitel – they provide a service & communication that one would like to see & may expect, but rarely find these days. It just works, thank you.

The change over from analogue to VOIP was carried out 24 hrs without loss of number after receipt of adapter in total professional manner. Cannot speak highly enough of how quickly and professionally this company handled the change over would give them 10 🌟 if I could

The monthly telephone charge and the charge per minute for telephone calls is cheaper than BT.

Very good service. The changeover was very smooth, the price is good and I've only lost the connection once and it was quickly restored. Wish that I had gone to Premitel and VoIP a few years ago, but a house move and keeping our old number was important for continuity.

Made the transition from BT, who weren't able to supply my business any more, really smooth. We now use Primitel via VOIP with our Starlink connection and it is brilliant. Originally my business could only get up to 10 meg and a phone system that often dropped out but now i get up to 260 meg and a phone system that i have confidence in and that has so many more options via the desk top and cordless phones.

Great service but even more important great customer services, real personnel attitude to helping the end user, which in todays AI (not) environment it's a lovely experience, would 100% recommend them.
