Premitel are, unlike the great majority of other 'comms' companies, approachable and flexible.

I needed a facility for receiving one-time passcodes (OTPs) which didn't involve a mobile phone, so I approached Premitel because they already provide our VOIP phone service.

Stephen Killen took charge personally of addressing this slightly offbeat request and followed it through to the end. He answered all my queries etc. swiftly and was friendly and responsive at every point - how refreshing in these times...!

Now I can receive SMS texts on my desktop, which is invaluable to me for work and security reasons. And, at any time, I can discontinue this facility if I need (with Premitel you get what you pay for with no hidden charges or sudden hikes).

The Premitel VOIP service was a doddle to set up in the first place and having an e-mail alert to any missed calls, as well as the text of any voicemail messages sent by e-mail (as well as being on the dashboard and on the phone itself) is highly useful.

The dashboard is easy to use and, in addition, the calls to the VOIP phone are clearer than any mobile service here or our original landline.

I am absolutely delighted with the package and the perfect service too. I expected the number transfer to be particularly tricky but the process was very slick. Stephen 'lent' us a temporary Number whilst I made my escape from Vodafone to move to an internet only fibre service by Toob.
The tariff available to ordinary house holders is superb value with next to no long term commitment either.
