Premium Tours "made" our trip to England. The guides and itineraries are superb.

Amazing customer service and amazing experience!

It was a thoroughly enjoyable bus trip to Old Quebec City, highly recommend! It was well organized, with frequent bathroom breaks, free snacks and water, quick lunch services, and more. Yvette was fun, friendly, flexible - there were games, singing, movies and suggestions. The activities were well planned and kept to schedule, such as walking tour, visit to Ste Anne de Beaupre, Montmorency Falls, Ile de Orleans, with free time in Old Quebec and shopping if you wanted to. We were able to make a change to a pick up one night by having those who wanted to go by ferry cross over to Levis and get picked up by the bus there, with the rest picked up back later in Old Quebec as originally planned. One nice thing would be to have a later available pick up time one evening such as 10-11 pm as it's quite a distance from Old Quebec to Levis, where the hotel is, and there is no direct public transportation, Uber not available in Levis and taxis expensive from QC (We did consider crossing the last ferry about 11 pm and taking short taxi ride from other side to hotel). If all their other tours are as great as this one, you can't go wrong!

Great tour company! We did 3 different tours with them. We enjoyed them all. Friendly, knowledgeable guides and the tours themselves we're great. Well organized.

The tour was reasonably priced and well- organized, but could've been planned just a little better to maximize our time. Additionally, temperature control on a double-decker bus became an issue. Overall, a very solid 4 stars!

The tour was excellent. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. She reminded us to keep to the time schedule as outlined so that other patrons were not kept waiting and we were able to visit all of the sites on the tour as promised. Would use Premium Tours again.

Overall all the tours we took (London In A day, Stonehenge, and the Paris day trip) were awesome! The only reason they didn't get five stars is the clusters that occurred when meeting for the tours, and the uncertainty of not knowing if you were in the right location. The company really needs to do a better job of assembling the groups in the right lines to cut down on the chaos.

Our Guide was David for two of our three tours with Premium tours. our first tour was Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick Castle,and Oxford.loved all three places. We were spoiled with Dave's walking encyclopedia knowledge and all the tidbits of information making history even more interesting! We then decided to take a second one with him going to Leeds Castle, Dover, Canterbury Cathedral, and Greenwich w/ boat ride on the Thames. Dave was very personable and made the trips educational and enjoyable. The third trip the guide was sufficient, however it would be hard for anyone to compete w/ David, unless they were from the Royal family! The third trip was to Windsor Castle, Bath,Lacock,and Stonehenge. it was a good trip too Although, Mother Nature drenched us at Stonehenge. We had umbrellas and coats,but the wind just laughed at us! it was a long ride back to London in wet clothes and shoes. The drivers were fantastic too...Coaches were nice and clean.

Really enjoyed this tour to Stonehenge and Bath. Good value too.

Money well spent. Beat the traffic, heat, and tourist traffic instead, enjoy the views, learn/listen to a local guide in the comfort of your seat with air conditioning. The tour was the entire day, plenty of opps for photos and learning about history. This is definitely a must for the first timer.

The tour was reasonably priced. The guide was very informed
and entertaining along the way and at each site. It was
an enjoyable experience.

I took a one day trip/ tour to Paris and Bath from London a year ago an it was perfect!
