Went to the Harry Potter Warner Bros Studio Tour with Premium Tours through Get Youre Guide, got into the bus at 9:15 and dropped of at the studios around 11:00, we had to be back at the bus at 14:50, unfortunately that is not enough time by far to have a relaxed day at the studios and see everything, we had to get in line and through security that took about 30 min so before we could go in it was allready 11:30, you can not see everything in 3 hours, we felt we had to rush through the tour and skipped the restaurant en several other parts of the tour, next time we will take an Uber or taxi so we can do the Tour in our own pace. We came all the way from The Netherlands for this tour because this was a gift for our daughters birthday and its not cheap so this was kind of a dissapointment because the Studios are great!

I chose the premium tour to Cotswolds and I enjoyed every second of it.
The tour guide Zozo and the driver Hector made even the longer travelling parts of the jurney not only fascinating but also extremely enterteinging.
The trip is organized extremely well and it’s worth every pound.
I higly reccomand it, and I hope you get Zozo and Hector as staff members!
All three towns are different from one another (ad Zozo explained to us) but each is an experience on its own.
I will not spoil antything more, I will just say that if your’re interested in the British countryside this is the perfect experience for you.

My wife and had a fantastic experience with Ava from Premium Tours. We scheduled the early morning Stonehenge inner circle, breakfast in Lacock, and Bath tour. Our guide, Ava, was fun, energetic, accommodating, and had a great sense of humor. The meeting time was early - 530am - but worth it. We made it to Stonehenge by 8am and got excellent pics unspoiled by other guests. It appeared it was just the two of us!

The bus was comfortable and had plenty of room to store a bag or two. We left on time and kept to the expected schedule without delay.

Each stop was quick, however - especially Bath - with about 90 minutes to explore the Roman Baths and the historic area. Nevertheless, we highly recommend Premium Tours - be sure to do the Inner Circle no matter what.

I went on the Evening Stonehenge private viewing, Lacock and Bath tour. Our guide was Rowan, she was INCREDIBLE! Loved her knowledge, personality, accent... really everything about her. She loves her job and it shows. Mo was an excellent driver on those tight roads!! Seeing the stones up close is well worth the extra money, Bath is amazing and Lacock is so quaint and beautiful! By far my favorite tour!!

I went on the tour to Bath, Lacock and The inner circle of Stonehenge on 14th May 2025. It was an incredible tour on a day with beautiful weather and outstanding places of interest. When we arrived to start the tour, our guide John was there to welcome us and make sure everything was ok.Bath is an important city in British history and there is a lot to see. John had a lot of knowledge and it was interesting to learn so much. Lunch in the beautiful Lacock was lovely. Stonehenge was an amazing experience and the tour guides from English Heritage were really nice and knowledgeable. Overall this was a lovely tour. John was great and I felt like I learned a lot. Our driver Mo did a wonderful job and I felt safe with his driving the whole day

Booked day trip to Paris via Eurostar (which included 3 course lunch and glasses of wine on the Eiffel Tower & River cruise). From booking online, to collecting tickets from Premier Tours Rep at Kingscross Station to meeting guide on train and the coach driver in Paris being on time all the time in a clean coach), was highly organised and outstanding. This trip was part of my 4 day engagement cerebration and as soon as the guide (Anna), she made our day even more special by getting us a private table and extra wine (free) on the Eiffel Tower. Anna was the star of the day in our books, highly knowledgeable, organised, funny, witty and a real pleasure to be around. Seriously, I cannot find a single fault about our experience. Watch out for Premium Tours. They are interested in your money, but not your safety. If anything goes wrong, they are not there to help.
Inner Stonehenge, Lacock, and Bath Tour from London.

My family and I came down with COVID 3 days before our tour. I called the company to explain that we were actively symptomatic and didn’t want to expose others on the tour bus. The customer service agent explained that Covid is no big deal (I am immunosuppressed, so it is a HUGE deal to me) and that they could not refund us. The best they could do was try to re-sell our tickets, but she didn’t have high hopes. They would contact us if the tickets sold and we were off the hook. The tour cost us $900, so we decided to go wearing masks. When we arrived, the bus was packed with 56 people (every seat taken but one) and a family had bought their tickets the night before. So our tickets HAD been re-sold, but no one contacted us. Instead, they got double the money.
The bus was packed and did not have openable windows. My daughter, who had not had symptoms before, had a fever by the time we got to Bath. We should not have been on that bus exposing others, but really felt we had no recourse. We would have even taken a partial refund, but Premium Tours offered nothing at all.

The company(Premium Tours) is awful, but with all that said, our guide and driver (Ava and Jermaine) were great. Ava was kind and humorous and very knowledgeable. Jermaine was a skillful and safe driver. The access inside Stonehenge was wonderful. The rest of the stops were rushed, but we enjoyed them.
Be aware that this is a big group tour, nearly 60 people is a tour focused on selling lots of tickets, not on individual safety or enjoyment. Even though we arrived early, our family of 4 was not able to sit together on the bus. We had to take individual seats and be separated from our daughters which was NOT ok. We rearranged with another kind passenger, but still had to sit in two groups. The guide should ensure that groups are seated together especially with children.
If you are interested in walking amongst the stones at Stonehenge, I would look for another tour(and company) that only focuses on that instead of combining it with other places. The stones were very cool and I highly recommend finding a way to see them up close and personal, just not with Premium Tours.

19th July 2024,went there for lunch, the staff were lovely, unfortunately the food was not as expected from previous visits,it's gone down hill,chips were over cooked and tasted earthy, hunters chicken was not the same as previous visit,another dish was very spicy not as it was before.peas tasted of washing up liquid....someone tell me what is going on.?..obviously we will never go back.

If an older person in the group seems to lag behind, wait. Getting lost from the group isn't fun, or necessary.

I’m still waiting for a reply from premium coaches/tours or whoever they want to pretend to be! Premium please either do the lawful duty of providing me with the outcome to my complaint, or bring your legal action as you keep threatening! I’m waiting!Once agai tried the civil approach and asked Premium coaches/Premium tours to supply my last payslip and the outcome to a complaint where I was “kidnapped” for over an hour, through my union, they still have not dealt with it, this company has breached so many employment laws, as though to say “we are above the law” but it’s been deployed for these tours! Believe me when I tell you that they have broken their own rules too, so it’s appalling that they are allowed to getaway with i! The operator licence holders namely Richard Robbins and Natasha Duncan have a duty to adhere to the latter of the law! If I am incorrect in posting this, I can be be arrested for defamation, but that is not going to happen because I’m telling the truth, Now ask premium coaches if I’m lying!

I had booked a trip to London and booked tours to visit all the royal spots, but realized I did not book a tour of Buckingham Palace. I was so sad. There was no way to book one this late in the game. But today's we were finishing up our tour to Windsor Castle our tour guide named Peter, said "hey we have 2 people that sid not show up for the tour and he had 2 spots for the Buckingham Palace tour. Is anyone interested." I jumped at the chance. So thank you Peter Pan for maki g magic happen so that Cinderella had a place st the Ball.

My recent experience with Premium Tours on the Harry Potter Warner Brothers Tour was simply pathetic. The entire trip was marred by a significant lack of professionalism and unfriendliness displayed by their staff. Furthermore, the tour was highly unorganized and mismanaged, resulting in a subpar experience that left a lasting negative impression on me and my daughter. The lack of organization from Premium Tours was evident from the beginning of the tour, The tour itinerary was poorly planned, and the execution fell far short of our expectations. The absence of clear instructions and guidance further added to our frustration. The combination of unprofessionalism, unfriendliness, and disorganization resulted in a tour that can only be described as pathetic. I would strongly recommend everyone to choose other tour operators instead of choosing Premium Tours during their visit to London.

DO NOT BOOK WITH PREMIUM TOURS. Booked Stonehenge direct. Driver was not safe. Driving erratically, dangerous and almost killed us. He was either sleepy, drunk or a diabetic. Entire bus demanded a new driver - which they finally agreed too. The 6 hour tour turned into 10 hours missing our other events. Still fighting for refund. The company is made of people who don’t care about you and treat you like garbage. Stay far away!!!

These are the most unprofessional people I’ve met. And I am a regular traveler. We did the Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath trip with them but never got to see Stonehenge or Bath. AND they did not refund our money (150 pounds per head) which is practically stealing.

There were 3 large coaches for the same tour. Packed so I am guessing 75+ people per bus. The tour guide had told us which way to go (go to Eton Station + Royal Shopping Mall but did not tell us that there was another Eton station (Eton + Riverside) for the Central Rail. Note for future travellers: the Eton station near the Royal Shopping Mall is a museum, not an actual station.

We did the tour of Windsor castle (were only given an hour) and asked to meet at the coach station ar 11.40am. We came out of the Windsor castle (exit gate was round the corner from the entrance) and asked a couple locals where the Eton station was, not knowing that the Eton station the tour guide referred to was the museum not the station. One local took us to the actual functioning Eton station (at Riverside). We realized the coach station wasn’t there and called them at 11.39 am. I know its late but we didnt know where we were and were hoping that the tour guide would direct us to the right location and hold the bus a few mins only if we got her on a call. We called and were directed to the agency, NOT the tour guide.

If you’re tired of reading, this is only the beginning of the horrific experience. The agents were rude and did not seem to understand where we were. They kept asking us to look for the clock tower which wasn’t there. I asked them if I should go back towards the Main Street where McDonalds was and they misunderstood this thinking we are AT McDonalds. I asked for a different agent and by the time the other nicer agent took us to our bus it was 11.59am and the bus had long gone.

They said, “sorry we cannot refund you any money because you were accountable to be on time”. And “Perhaps, you can uber it to Stonehenge and try to catch up with the bus?!”. I said that wasn’t an option so they said “Well, you can spend the day in Windsor then and take the train back”. The train, that wasn’t running due to strikes. Eventually they offered to take us back to London in the “coach for the leftovers”. (People who had been left back - so that tells you something). Also, their tone also seems very nonchalant, dont you think?

We had left our bags with our money, phone chargers, and other personal items in the bus. They said we had to wait at the Kensington Gloucester station till 8.30pm to collect it. They could ship it to us but that was 120 pounds in shipment fees. You can imagine at this point how my emotional state was. So of course, our conversation got heated. I called them a liar and unprofessional and they then said “you are being really rude and so we will hang up now”. And hang up they did.

I never got back my money from them. Others need to know: go at your own risk and make sure you only tour a place for a few mins before you gotta run back to the bus!! They wont call you but leave you stranded with your belongings gone.

amateur company. harry potter tour by bus from london. when we came to Warner Bros. Studio there is no one to meet us. we go to the ticket booth to get our tickets. But we had to get them from Premium Tours. called Premium Tours who telling the agent was come in 10 min. and there was wild confusion among Premium Tours customers. The agent comes 15 minutes later and unfortunately does not have enough tickets for everyone. so we end up having to buy two children's tickets ourselves and get them refunded when we get home. 30 minutes after arrival we could start our trip.

Book a Tour on the beach with Isacc for 12 people, next day they arrive late and Isacc had the phone off. Then half of these quit so I went to the driver who made me a deal and ask me at least to pay 1 person extra (6+1) to cover the expenses, agree. Jump on the van and after 10 minutes receive a phone call from Isacc saying very ugly stuff about me,inclusive saying to pay the full trip if not leave the van and then the treats start, about making a commitment and don’t follow it, treated me several times, I didn’t fear me for I fear for my family so we left the van and walk 50 minutes to the hotel, since the I haven’t seen him in the beach.
I don’t know how a company can let someone giving the face like this guy, not professional at all treating the costumers, he even told me this is Mexico not Portugal or England I know he meant (“I’m playing at home”), be aware of this guy is a light skin and most of the time he sells on the Beach in front of Hotel Riu Tequila, be aware the beach sellers this guy show is true side, I’ll make sure he stays famous by spreading the word on all the websites who have connection with Mexico destinations and make sure he doesn’t sell here anymore.

We were a group of four from India including two elderly aged 60+. We were late by 9 minutes at the Stonehenge and the Premium tours people left us stranded there. They had our numbers and did not even bother to call. It was an honest mistake; they'd said 12:30 and changed it to 12:20. We got there at 12:29 anf saw them leave. The office was mostly unhelpful. Did not even apologize. We were stranded there for 4 hours until they arranged seats for us in another bus. Horrible experience. They could've at least called us.

We still don't have our bags and stuff that we left in the bus. Their office is closed. Waiting for them to call us for the past several hours.

Took a tour to Bath, Cotswolds, Stonehenge and Stratford. Tour guide and bus was on time, tours were great and got us back safely.
