We used Premium Tours for the Harry Potter experience in March via Red Letter Days.

What can I really say other than that they were fantastic. They responded almost instantly when making the original booking, and again when I had to change the dates as my other half couldn't get the original dates off of work anymore, all hassle free.

When it came to the actual date, we missed the coach at London Victoria as the timing on the board was wrong in the coach station itself, we panicked but I rang them and they let us join on the next coach an hour later with no issues.

Great company, and one of the few companies I have dealt with in life that doesn't have crap customer service.

This is the second tour I have booked with Premiumtours through Groupon.co.uk, and it was extremely great! I went to Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwick Castle (the entry ticket was included), the Cotswolds, and Oxford. Our tour guide (Pepe - sorry I am not sure I can spell his name correctly) was very professional, he acknowledged us about the history and many bits and bobs (either while on the couch and while walking to see these features). Besides that, we also had some free time for ourselves to explore and enjoy all the vibes of new places.
I went to Bath and Stonehenge in 2016, that was my first trip with them.
Truly recommended, it is really worth the price. I am going to book another trip as soon as possible.

The tour was fun and enlightening, our tour guide John was amazing. The boat cruise was also cool and the stories interesting too. I definitely recommend

Went on Cotswolds Tour with lunch. Richard R and Steve M were excellent as driver and tour guide. Visited four beautiful Cotswolds villages and had a fabulous time. Would recommend this company and will definitely book with them again. My only trip since lockdown and was well worth it and very safely done.

Absolutely horrible! We had to postpone our trip due to the current pandemic And they refused to give me a refund because I had initially rescheduled my trip I explained my son is in the high risk category and we rescheduled because we were ill and could not go but they refuse to give us a refund!
I had booked it because I have used premium tours and enjoyed the trip but would not recommend it anymore!

Worst value. Bad service, jusy took the money, managers are the worst.

The tours we selected were great, bet being able to get in contact with the company when requesting to add another tour in London & then waiting for the response, the delay times were to long in getting back to me at the Hotel or even via email.

I have done two tours with Premium tours so far. Warwick Castle, Stratford, Oxford and The Cotswolds tour and Stonehenge and Bath Coach Tour. I was very happy with both tours. Old style top deck open air bus with an entertaining tour guide. Guide ascertains the nationalities on the bus for humour during the tour of c entral London.

Actually it is only drive us to the destination. The rest I have no idea what you done. Sorry. Maybe it is too far ago....
