An excellent, knowledgeable tour guide can make or break a tour and in our case the tour guide was superb! Our three stops, Stratford, Warwick Castle and Oxford were delightfully varied. The Stratford stop even included a 16th century latin class at Shakespeare's primary school. Our only complaint, if one could call it that, was that there was just too much to see at each of our stops. However, we would do it again without hesitation. Highly recommend it and hope you have a tour guide as good as ours.

We had a great time on this tour. It was informative & well planned out. Our guide was knowledgeable & pleasant.

Everything during the tour was awesome, however getting on the bus was confusing and nasty experience. Dirty, overcrowded have to pay for WC even if you have a tour ticket.

I would go on this tour again any time. As i said it was great, just be prepared for the outdated bus station.

The refund policy is non-existent, no matter what the extraordinary circumstances may be including suffering a Cardiac Event prior to arrival at airport.

My fourteen year old daughter and I had a wonderful time. The guide was polite, funny and knowledgeable. The bus was on time and clean. Overall an excellent choice in tour companies.

If you've spent your life depressed and despondent, thinking nothing else could go wrong, you should take a Premium Tour of London. You'll realize that life was a field of roses before! This is not to say that the guide, Alan, wasn't charming or doing his best to cover for the company, but even his best efforts could not remedy the problems encountered. My sister and I found the tour on TripAdvisor and were sort of concerned that the prices were low on the two tours we wanted to take, now we know why. The bus they put you on is a broken down piece of crap! My air conditioning vent was broken and since it was a cold rainy day, I was treated to blasts of ice cold air pouring down on me. The seat in front of my sister was broken, so the gentleman in that seat was on her lap the entire tour. We marched through torrential rains until we were soaked, waiting on long lines to get into the attractions. We noticed other tour companies were giving their customers plastic parkas to wear, not so premium...and tickets to attractions were not purchased in advance so we waited for this as well. Arriving back at our hotel looking like drowned rats, we tried to contact Premium to cancel our tour with them the next day to no avail...and when we finally got them the next day, they would not refund our money for that day's trip, which we were too exhausted to take. Stay away!

The tour was first kind experienced in my life. I really enjoyed every bit of it. The tour guide really know her stuff and very patience to let u understand things. I entreat everyone visiting UK to experience this opportunity.

I went on the Jack the Ripper / Sherlock Holmes tour with my grandson. It was really good and the guide was excellent and entertaining. Most definitely recommend this tour.

Everything was well organised, on time and great tour guide - very polite and courteous. Price was very affordable as well.

We took the tour to Stonehenge. The tour seemed well organized and gave plenty of time to visit the site, would definetely recommend.

Bus not fit for purpose, it was raining and coming through the window. The facilitator had no regard for personal space and was leaning in a bit to close to the other passengers for my liking. The bus route was a short one and did not even cover the main attractions in London such as Trafalgar Square, Horse Guards. The only positive was the boat ride, wish was more comfortable. However wish I hadn't bothered leaving my house to go to this.

We loved everything about our trip. We had no problems with any of our bookings.. we book with you guys again.

Our tríp to The Cotswolds was very nice. The bus service was very good. The little villages were gorgeous. I would have liked to stay a bit longer in each town and I must say the food at the Swan was not quite good. Anyway, next time I visit The UK I’m sure to take some other tour with you.
