Very impressed with ProCook…
Every staff member we spoke with was very knowledgeable & helpful. We ordered a dinner set on Sunday and was advised it would take 3-5 working days. It arrived on Monday- very impressive. Unfortunately one of the bowls was damaged so I rang customer services and they sent out a replacement which was received on Tuesday. Can’t beat that kind of service. Well done ProCook!

Both the salmen were brilliant. Very polite, helpful and professional.
A new establishment which seems to be very modern. Good products for a really good prices. Sustainable stuff.

Excellent after sales service
I had an issue with some of my professional granite pans after 6 years of use. I contacted Pro Cook explained the situation backed up with photographic evidence and to be fair after a discussion the pans were replaced with no quibbling. I could not have asked for more. Absolutely 1st class service.
