I bought the wrong size knife. I went back the following day and requested an exchange. The knife I needed wasn't in stock but the assistant immediately ordered it on-line for me. Delivery took place the following day. What excellent service!

Great staff
Great staff, great products. They actually take the time to talk to customers and help them find what they want, they don't push for the pricey option if the cheaper one does the job.

Excellent choice of cookware in a well displayed environment. Great advise given by the sales assistant who guided us through our choice of saucepans and knives. Her knowledge of the products was outstanding which secured a large sale. Even though the shop was busy the sales assistant was very attentive.

The product we purchased did not work.
However, customer service got in touch and is replacing the faulty item.
The customer service has been absolutely fabulous, as we don’t live near a pro cook store and was unable to return.
