ProCook - Gloucester Avis 

The product purchased along with the professionalism of the staff initially with Leighton and subsequently with Klaudia made my experience what I would describe as Great. I was impressed the moment I walked into the ProCook Store in Gloucester Quay's. The selection of items on offer and the layout made my choosing the products I wanted easy.
From Pots and Pans, Cutlery, Baking Trays and ancillary equipment like Kitchen Scales to Spatulas.
But what adds more to the excellent products for me were the staff as previously mentioned Leighton and Klaudia, that said the other staff at work on the days I visited were as helpful and polite, the way they went about enriching my experience in their enviroment was inspiring, knowing when to leave me to peruse the items I was interested in and knowing when to be there for the extra knowledge sought about certain items.
Any issues that may have arisen were dealt with quickly and professionally.
A job well done and many thanks for the experience.

Went into the Gloucester shop on Saturday asked a few questions about their healthy grill was happy with the answers. Ordered it and it was delivered on Sunday.
Only negative is lack of a cookbook. Would be great if ProCook brought one out

Good staff, good service, good product knowledge to questions asked

Always pleasant and helpful.

Having previously taken cooking pans back to the store and received great service and replacements, we realised that we were having a similar problem with 2 of the replacements (after several years of using them). The staff had no qualms in giving us equivalent replacements and even suggested that we bring in our other pans for them to inspect and replace if appropriate. We did this and they replaced another 2 large pans. They were friendly and professional. I would strongly recommend them.
