Excellent service
The service provided by the area manager and Reading store staff was exceptional. They dedicated a lot of time and effort to source the items we wanted, to get them to the store for collection and even to help carry them to the car.

Good quality products for fair price
Bought a set of kitchen knives on a magnetic block. Didn’t realise how bad our previous knives were until we used these. They were just like cutting through butter. Would thoroughly recommend.

I have recently purchased several ProCook saucepans online and found them to be excellent. I was therefore delighted to find a ProCook shop while on an unplanned trip to Reading. The selection of items in store were well displayed, of great quality and price and too tempting to pass by. I shall be returning soon with my Christmas present list in order to make further purchases.
