I ordered 2 LG 32UL950 screens, arrived next day in perfect condition "NEW" - plug supplied was kettle lead when I needed a cloverleaf plug. totally impressed and have sung their praises to my colleagues.

Excellent service...bought a mobile projector screen which wasn't in stock at the time... A date of the 4th of August given as being back in stock...item delivered to my home in 2 days after that date with tracking number and regular updates... Purchased an Optoma HD 143 having had an Optoma hd 600 for many years. After shopping around I found Visunext had the best deal online so I went ahead. Was very surprised and delighted to recieve my new purchase a day earlier than scheduled. I replaced my old projector with the new one but as is often the case these days no instructions were supplied. As my projector is ceiling mounted I was trying to read the setup menus upside down and out of focus! To cut corners I phoned Visunext for help but no answer. However two minutes later a member of staff called me back and talked me through it.

If you are looking to build a home cinema for enjoying movies under the stars then look no further. The screen is amazing and the quality of the product exceeded my expectations.

I purchased a commercial tv but it arrived with a big scratch on the screen. I understand that these things can happen during transit. But very annoying that despite my multiple calls and online messages there is nobdody that I can get through to in order to work out how to return the product and receive a refund.

I was looking for a projector and did my research on line and chose this supplier as being the least costly for the selected model.
When i got to the checkout, the freight was £50!!!! This was a courier delivery of course. How it looks to me is that they offer a cheaper price on the unit and then make the lost margin back by stinging oyu for the freight. But of course by the time you have got to the checkout you are unlikely to leave if the lower price and the freight is broadly the same as every one else 's deliverd price.

Having paid such a huge freight cost, teh least tehy could ahve doen was ensured it was a 24 hour devleiry. Instead I had to weight a few days. Also teh despatch email only showed one fo the two items i had purchased which meant i had to email them to check they had not made a mistake.

product is great.

overall i just thought the pricing model ( if my assertion is right) was a bit sharp and the experience sloppy.

Called Visunext during Covid 19 and was given a half hour insight into projectors which helped me tremendously as i had never owned one beforehand. Was advised to leave the projector i phoned about and told to buy one that was £800 cheaper. The projector i received was mind blowing and i am so glad i took their advice. Would highly recommend this company, their advice and service was second to none.

Helpful phone line pre-purchase and similar experience with a query I had after delivery. Competitive price and easy to use website.

Next day delivery charge seemed a little pricey. They use UPS who are not that great keeping customers informed compared with DHL and DPD.

I did my own research and thought I'd picked the ideal outdoor projector. I paid and then called to check on delivery times as the item was a gift. Adrian kindly checked why I had purchased the one I did and guided me - in a professional and non-manslplaining way - to a much more appropriate projector. It arrived on time and was totally perfect.
