I appreciated what the program can do to build strong lead magnets; however, customer service is difficult to get in touch with sometimes...

I was creating a product review with a test. The program was intuitive and not difficult to use. It let me create what i wanted and let me copy and paste the content I had.

I have been using ProProffs for many years as a teacher (10 years+).

Overall their platform is okay. They allow teachers to put students in groups which is important for assessments. They allow most question types, although there could be more options here. You can move questions around in your assessment. You can also create folders for organization. Basically they have most of the functionality of other platforms that offer teacher online assessment creation (with the exception that their question types could be better).

However, there are some real improvements that should be made with their teacher accounts in order for me to recommend them to other teachers.

1. ProProffs must allow changes to a student quiz score after a student takes the quiz. Currently, if a teacher makes an error or wants to change something on their quiz they can't go back and correct/change that question/answer and have that change the score for the student. Many times teachers make errors, or they may want to delete/add a question on their quiz. The current inability for users of ProProffs to change the answers or questions after a student takes a quiz and then change their overall score for students is what has kept me from endorsing this product to other teachers in my district. Allowing teachers to change their questions and answers to their quiz and then having that change the students scores/quizzes would be a tremendous help and upgrade from what they currently do.

2. Just recently ProProffs has taken away the ability for new students to register for accounts on ProProffs, unless we upgrade to a more expensive plan. I already have purchased the QM Educational Test & Teach Annual Plan, but now I must upgrade in order to allow students to register for their new accounts. Now teachers can register students, but it is way easier for students to sign-up for their own accounts (since we have a lot of them), rather than have teachers do this on their own (which takes more time). In the past ProProffs has allowed students to register for their own accounts but they changed it. :/

3. Also they should allow the scores that students achieve to be transferred to Google Classroom or other student grade databases like Powerschool.

4. It would also be nice if they had an "auto-save" for students when they are taking assessments. They do have a "save" button. But when this is selected it takes students out of the quiz and they have to reload the quiz again. ProProffs has an "auto-save" for teachers when they are making quizzes, (which is nice). But an "auto-save" for students would be great since we all know there are many instances when laptops die in the middle of a quiz, or there is an internet outage, and if there is no auto-save the student loses their progress on the quiz/assessment.

5. Lastly, allow teachers the ability to assign sections (like certain questions) of their quiz to certain students rather than the whole quiz.

I believe that ProProffs is a good fit for a business, or a company. But it seems like they don't employ anyone with a teaching background to make their platform. This is fine if they want to do that, but they shouldn't market to teachers if they don't really know what works/doesn't work for them. I will continue to use them as all of my assessments are put on here and the time investment to move them to a different platform would be cumbersome. But for now I wouldn't recommend this platform for teachers.

It is a great help for someone like me who is not a native English speaker.

It helps me, not only with grammar and spelling, but also with the flow of each text. Your suggestions make my text less stiff.

Great Customer Service and able to assist with any issues, concerns and or provide help to getting the information, reports, course needed and set up.

You can quickly create quizzes. Easy program to use for our training needs. We have 40 + trainings our staff take.

It was very easy to set up the training program for our partners. Tech support is very responsive and helped a lot during our integration efforts. The UI could’ve been faster though.

The program is really wonderful. It makes my job a great deal easier. There are a few things that could be improved upon, but overall, its pretty good. I like the way I can make a test bank of several hundred questions and then have the computer randomly pick a set quantity for each student. It really makes for good test security.

ProProfs works well for our company. We use SSO sign on, which makes account management much easier. I appreciate that there is a course library, however, I wish it was more expansive. Their help team is always ready to assist.

As a teacher, I appreciate that I can create a bank of questions. I can add them as the semester moves, keeping with themes and ideas. When I give the quiz, I can tell the app to choose a certain number from the bank.

For example, the whole semester, we covered different themes from the College Board in all my classes, not just AP classes. I would ask them questions pertaining to the themes, and I added those and other similar questions to the quiz bank. At the end of the semester, I gave them a comprehensive quiz. I had about 100 questions and chose 25. It chose the questions randomly for each student.

I can also control and decide on some that must be included, but the control I can have makes it such an excellent program for teachers.

As a language teacher, I can add video clips, audio clips, pictures, etc., so it is a much more comprehensive quiz. I take a screenshot or use a recording or video, upload it to the quiz maker, and create the question (there are many choices and types of questions—not all multiple-choice). Again, the options and the control I have make it all worthwhile.

The company works with you to help you, so it is a good group to be involved in. If I have any problems or questions, they are always there to help.

ProProfs has been a helpful tool in my work creating training modules, especially when it comes to organizing content in a way that's easy to navigate for users. Its straightforward interface makes it relatively simple to structure lessons and quizzes, which has saved time and improved the learning experience. While there have been some technical difficulties and the platform can feel a bit clunky at times, overall it has supported my ability to build accessible and engaging learning materials.

ProProfs has made our training material a whole lot easier to access!

I use ProProfs strictly for making and providing online quizzes for our seminars, our trainer training exams and our user certification exams. I also offer quizzes for some of our your tube content. I love the quiz abilities and have been very pleased with my experience with the company. In the rare occasion that i have had a question of an issue they are very quick to respond and even open to ideas. I'm grateful for that as our company develops software products as well and we find that in ProProfs. I have been using them now for at least 10 years and I am so very pleased with what they do and i dont even scratch the surface of what they are capable of.

easy to use however it should have an easier way to download all of the certificates

So far the ProProfs site has been working well. Easy to use and easy to record completed tests.
However, if someone is working on/updating information on a test it shows as "draft" which means you cannot use this test. Hopefully this won't happen too often.
