Our client service rep has been very helpful and responsive when we have questions or need to make adjustments to the system. Some of the reporting and setup functions can be confusing and maybe over designed, but overall a positive experience.

Amazing Platform and such ease of use for any quiz services.

The customer service at ProProfs has always been outstanding. I have been using the quiz maker for a number of years now, and support has always been very helpful when I need help setting up a new quiz, figuring out which settings work best for my organization, etc.
The platform has always provided us with the types of quiz questions we need, and has been responsive to updating features throughout time (e.g., the new 'proctor' option, etc.).

Review of the Platform from a First-Time User (High School Instructor in South Korea)

This year was my first time using your platform, and throughout the experience, I found several strengths and areas that could be improved. I am a high school instructor at a private academy in South Korea, and due to the recent shift to online AP testing, I spent a significant amount of time comparing different platforms to find the most suitable one for my students.

What I liked:

One of the most helpful features was the ability to share online test links with students, allowing them to log in individually and take the test on their own. The results were presented in a clear and intuitive way, and I appreciated the basic level of student management that was possible through the platform.

What could be improved:

Uploading Questions:
Since the test contained a large number of questions, I had to screenshot each question from a PDF and upload them one by one. However, the formatting often broke, resulting in distorted displays on the student end. The only way to avoid this was to upload files directly to the server, which significantly increased both upload and review time. This process was time-consuming and inefficient.

Multiple Correct Answers:
The platform did not support questions with more than one correct answer. Although I found a workaround by modifying the answer options, it would have been much better if this feature was supported natively.

Customizing Answer Choices:
I was not able to customize the answer choices easily. By default, the choices were shown as "Option 1", "Option 2", and so on. I needed them to be displayed as "A", "B", "C", "D", and had to manually change every single one, which took a great deal of time.

Reviewing Incorrect Questions:
It was difficult for students to see which specific questions they got wrong. The process to check their incorrect answers was unnecessarily complicated. It would be much more user-friendly if students could easily view the question numbers they missed at a glance.

While there were some inconveniences during use, I believe that with a few improvements, this platform could become an excellent tool for educators like me. Thank you for your efforts, and I look forward to seeing future updates!

We used ProProfs for years and it was an integral part of our process for testing and onboarding candidates. When I had issues and reached out to support they were generally quick to respond and able to sovle the issue -- whether getting a download of information, mass changing users, or up/downgrading based on our needs and usage. We weren't their typical use case, but their platform generally worked for us.
That said, the UI could be better and more straightforward and there are things I had to reach out to them for that I felt like I should have been able to do through the account / website.
While our needs have changed and we don't use them anymore, I'm happy to share my experience for the small gift card they are offering.

It is difficult to move from the Groups list to individual users list when you've opened a user. It also seems like a lot of changes have happened recently and things have been moved.

The auto emails used to generate the password automatically, but no longer do. You have to individually enter the password for each user in an email and that means the group emails are less effective. They system also used to generate a password for a new user, now we have to manually do that for each new user. That is also extremely time-consuming.

It has a few hiccups with integrating accrutely and seems like a program that hasn't been adjusted to reflect the progress in course creations and pedagogical advances.

ProProfs tools are easy to use! We used them to build surveys and quizzes for our students.

ProProfs was exactly what we were looking for to train our volunteers. We are now able to get all of them on the same page and expect consistency across the country.

It`s an easy tool to use, it offer me the possibility of adding images, multi, answers, single answers, parent/child questions. Reporting is helpful as well and overall each quiz is pretty easily configurable.

The only thing that I dislike is that I need to manually download each individual quiz report for storage. This is very time consuming for me and wish that there was a "download all" button availablr

Easy to use for both the creator and student!

Great platform but not as user-friendly as I would have liked.

The variety of options offered for users to create tests quizzes and interesting learning options for the price value is the draw that has kept me a subscriber for many years!

Excellent for making quizzes. The software is user friendly and makes very attractive quizzes.

I tested over a dozen other assessment tools to create a personality assessment. ProProfs was hands-down the best solution. Since its launch our assessments have been used over 11,000 times at a fraction of the cost of other solutions.
