The platform has saved lots of time in grading as well as keeping tests secure. I love the feature of randomizing the order.

The timestamp is continually off and that sometimes creates a problem.

I have used ProProfs for more than ten years. I have been very happy with the Quiz Maker services and have recommended them to other institutions to use. The price has been very competitive. On the rare occasions that I have needed customer support, I have had a speedy response.

I have been a ProProfs user for over 15 years now. I have found the creation of tests for my language students extremely easy and a very effective tool. Until recently, however, I needed to reinsert questions from various tests to create a new 'overview' test. Now, thanks to the new function of adding questions from one quiz directly to a new one, has made the whole process so much easier and quicker. A great tool!!

ProProfs has been a great tool for us, employees to get a good grasp of new learnings which will help us to be better at our respective jobs and become efficient and effective contributor to the company's overall goals.

The Proprofs quiz maker is good for tutorial and individuals also to do the assessment of team within very small time .

It is so easy to use. We use it all the time.

I often use the quiz feature for student assessments and I LOVE the record feature so that I can see my students as they answer questions for language proficiency. I do find one thing confusing, when I am trying to change settings, I have a hard time discerning which "profile" to be under: Training Maker, Quiz Maker or Survey Maker. That has made some changes take way too long to do.

Overall, the platform is good and easy to use. I feel that the email system could be easier to build templates. Also, the inability to move tests and results from one instructor to another is annoying. I had one person leave and I basically lost years worth of test results. I have access to that person's profile still, but can't move those over to the new instructor.

Easy to set up and full control over all subscribers' access. Tech Support is great and provides many different types of options for questionnaires.

We use in all my university clases and proprofs is an amazing platform. Really effective for university tests

We've used ProProfs for years and it has helped us tremendously to make our teachers' lives and students' lives much easier and better in the classroom.

How good is this. What a great experience for an older person wanting to upskill. Without having to attend classes and all done in an interesting and logical presentation of learning outcomes.

Excellent program for the needs of my professional indoor football league officials. Better yet is the customer service. Every time I don't understand something (I am a Luddite!) as far as putting a questions together, I am provided instant feedback and an answer to my concern.

I've had a great experience with ProProfs. The platform is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate—making it a pleasure to use. On the few occasions I needed to contact support, they were incredibly responsive and resolved my issues quickly and effectively. Their customer service is truly top-notch.

Overall, there’s very little I would change. The platform looks great, performs reliably, and does exactly what I need it to do. One feature I think could really enhance the experience is a seamless flashcard option integrated directly within the Quizmaker tool. While I understand that ProProfs offers a separate flashcard application, it doesn’t appear to connect with quizzes already created in Quizmaker. Since flashcards and quizzes complement each other so well, integrating them would be a natural and valuable addition.

That said, I’m a big fan of the platform and would highly recommend it to others. Great product, even better support!

Our organization has had a wonderful experience with ProProfs. The platform has been easy to navigate and create, and any question or concern that we have had, their customer service has been quick to respond and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend.
