Chris came to collect our hire car today, rang when on route was very friendly when arriving and explaining what he had to do returned when his inspection was done to show me everything was alright. Very friendly and professional- even had a lovely interaction with our dog 🥰 great service

Lovely driver delivered my vehicle on time. He was very informative and knew the vehicle inside out to tell me properly how everything worked concerning the back with the wheelchair access.
Explained everything safety wise and shown me everything in the driver area too all the buttons and how the wipers and heater etc worked.
He explained everything incase there was an accident which was great to have a refresher on and what to do if i needed them for anything concerning the engine etc, it was really reassuring, so thank you for this Rob! ☺️
