Easy process.
The van that was hired has helped immensely, was well presented and as new. The lady who came to collect the vehicle Dawn Joyner kept me well informed over the collection process, very polite knew what she was doing,whole process went easily. Thank you Proximo.

The vehicle was wonderful and perfectly…
The vehicle was wonderful and perfectly suited to my sons needs whom is a full time wheelchair user.
Collection was arranged, Colin messaged me a rough time he would be here to collect the vehicle. Colin was very nice, kind, polite at all times. Colin completed his checks on the vehicle and left. The service was excellent along with a complete understanding of my sons needs whilst also ensuring a quick service completely. Highly recommended.

Hire car delivery
Dawn Joyner at Proximo gave me a courtesy call with an estimated arrival time of my hire vehicle. She arrived in the time that was specified.
Upon arrival, Dawn was extremely polite and courteous. She took the time to advise me of the adaptions fitted to my hire car and provided a full demonstration. She answered all of my questions effectively.
With this, and receiving updates via text, email and phone calls throughout my journey dealing with Proximo, I am so impressed. I am sure anyone who deals with Proximo will have a great experience like I have.

I had my car delivered today by Proximo…
I had my car delivered today by Proximo Group, and I would like to say a big thank you to Asad.
Asad knocked on my door, introduced himself, and explained that he was from Proximo Group delivering my car. He was very polite, friendly and helpful, and took the time to explain to me how the ramp worked.
The whole delivery was handled professionally, and I really appreciated Asad’s helpful and respectful manner.

Prompt service & great communication
Everyone I dealt with did their best to get a suitable WAV as soon as possible, and were sympathetic about our situation. The vehicle was delivered within 24hours by Neville, who took the time to help us get my daughter safely into the van, and didn’t rush us at all. He also acknowledged/spoke to my daughter who is non-verbal (when others wouldn’t). Thank you Neville (&Proximo). You have made it possible for my daughter to go out and about and enjoy the rest of her holiday, and also return to college in Cheltenham if our vehicle is still at garage. The stress, anxiety and logistics of being without a suitable van has been alleviated, and we’re very grateful.

Assad was very professional when collecting my hire vehicle. He gave me notice via phone call before setting off to check that the collection time would be suitable for me. The Proximo group are very helpful and as a person with a disability I highly recommend them.

Wouldn’t use again . Changed there name to fernstone .
Very poor communication and sit on your paperwork. You need to chase them. So don’t tink they will work hard for you.
Also very poor payoff then they take 35%
Of your suffering damages.

Wheelchair Adapted Vehicle
5th June. Wheelchair adapted vehicle provided by Proximo following our own vehicle being written off after a third party hit it. Proximo provided a vehicle promptly and the process was straight forward and easy.
25th Aug. Wheelchair adapted vehicle collected by Chris Conroy. He phoned to confirm time of arrival. He was friendly and very professional - a credit to Proximo. Cheers

Proximo hire vehicle return
Today I had my hire vehicle collected by Paul Edney.
I knew where he was using the Proximo Driver tracker, but to back that up I received a phone call from Paul around 10am letting me know he would be with me around 11am & that was just about when he arrived.
He let me know he was here & explained he’d need about 20 minutes to do his checks & then a signature from me.
All went very smoothly & would not hesitate to recommend Proximo to other WAV users who need a hire WAV for when their WAV is in for repair, or if a WAV is needed for other reasons.
Very well done.
