Exceptional service from Vee at Proximo
I cannot praise Vee from Proximo highly enough. He delivered my hire WAV and provided, by far, the best experience I have ever had with not only Proximo, but any vehicle hire company I have used.
From the moment he arrived, Vee was extremely professional, kind, empathetic and friendly. His manner immediately made me feel comfortable and completely at ease. I never felt rushed or pressured; instead, I felt safe, listened to and incredibly well looked after.
Vee was exceptionally thorough with both his pre-delivery inspection and the vehicle handover. He took the time to make sure everything was right and that I was comfortable with the vehicle before he left. That level of care and attention really stood out.
What impressed me most was the way Vee treated me as a person, rather than simply as another delivery. He took genuine care of my needs and made me feel as though he was looking after a member of his own family.
Vee is quite simply the gold standard for customer service. If everyone in the vehicle hire industry provided the level of care, professionalism and compassion that Vee does, the customer experience would be transformed.
Proximo should be incredibly proud to have someone like Vee representing the company. He has set an exceptionally high bar, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.
Thank you, Vee, for making what could have been a stressful experience feel safe, comfortable and genuinely positive. You were brilliant.
