Wonderful service
The day after my car was hit, Proximo contact me to discuss my needs and reassure me that they could help find me a suitable adapted vehicle. Martin kept me updated at all times, despite a hiccup with the original vehicle he still managed to get a suitable vehicle delivered for me in just one week. On the day of delivery they kept me updated, the driver Stuart took his time to handover the car to me, he was extremely helpful.
Proximo are a wonderful company who ensure Motability customers are able to keep their independence when their vehicles are off the road.

Very Responsive and resolved issues
Dawn came today to resolve an issue we had with fitting a wheelchair in a vehicle. She had great knowledge of the set up, seatbelts and tiedowns required and was able to resolve all the issues we had encountered and queries we had. She was very responsive to our concerns and made sure I was confident with it all before leaving.

Great service, communication and very well priced. The drivers were friendly and explained everything we needed to know. The vehicle was presented immaculately and was everything we needed for our weekend away. All telephone staff were exceptional too. Would recommend 100%

Masoud was very helpful and friendly
Masoud was very helpful and friendly, demonstrating how to put the wheelchair in the car. Also explained how to request a car more suitable for my chair as an independent wheelchair user, the Caddy is rather challenging.

First Class Service

I phoned Proximo last Friday the 17th…
I phoned Proximo last Friday the 17th July to say that my car had been returned from being repaired and that they could fetch the hire car back, they said they would let me know when someone could come to fetch it. I didn't wait too long before they contacted me to say they would send someone the next day to collect the car, the driver Chris Conroy came on the morning to fetch it, he was was polite and checked round the car and let us know when he was ready to go. The people I've have spoke to or met in person have been really great, a great company to hire from and help in anyway they can to get you the right vehicle 10/10 5 stars 🌟
