Great service! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

A great service from start to finish they smashed the expected review time by months, I'm really happy we chose psicon through the right to choose scheme.

Psicon were extremely helpful, clear, considerate in all their communications with us. The clinician who did our son's ADHD assessment was excellent. She was really kind and made the experience really positive. There was a fair wait unfortunately as we got referred through the NHS but they kept us updated while we waited.

My daughter was referred under the NHS right to choose scheme.
From sending the questionnaires back to assessment was only 6 months, compared to the 6 years it would’ve taken to access the service locally.
We were contacted twice following submitting the questionnaires, once to confirm that she had been accepted for assessment and the second to let us know after about 6 weeks that we hadn’t been forgotten and that as soon as we were at the top of the list that we would be contacted, and we were.
The Assessor, Abi, was so lovely. Warm and approachable. She was very thorough in explaining the process in a way my daughter could understand and ensuring that she understood it wasn’t a “test” and there were no right or wrong answers. There were a lot of questions, but it didn’t feel like a rapid fire situation, plenty of time was given to give a response.
We were given a diagnosis there and then at the end of the assessment and I was given to opportunity to ask any questions that I had at the time. I was given a timescale for the report and advised what the next steps would be in terms of a discussion regarding whether medication may be beneficial.

Great company. On top of the game. Everything from start to finish was geared up to make the experience as simple and stress free as possible. Would definitely recommend Psicon.

Great communication, fast responses and when an IT issue happened my end, i was reassured and a new date given very quickly, the lady on the phone was very kind and was more concerned that i had , had a stressfull time, couldnt fault them

Very odd experience, appointment was carried out online, do not recommend.
Felt like a script was being read to me, most questions could have been answered if a more detailed questionnaire was sent out .
Felt like history and attached documents hadn’t even been looked at and taken into consideration. Lacked an holistic approach to understanding ADHD in girls

NHS diagnosis much more professional and carried out with more information and deeper dive into child behaviour and health. Previous assessment for ASD and diagnosis given.

Amazing support with both depression/anxiety and ADHD from this company.

Poor choice of sites for physical visits for assessment

Very helpful very understanding very knowledgeable. Every problem or concern you may have is answered explained and sorted out, exactly when they say they will do it.
The fact they are open/available 7 days a week also is brilliant should you need to contact someone.
Prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy exactly on time and without any mistakes or problems.

Dr Chloe is very compassionate and understanding for the person's individual needs. She never rushes things and always listens. She is a huge credit to her profession and we would be lost without her.
She always answers any questions you have and explains things very clearly in a way a non professional can understand .

Fantastic experience, we started our journey expecting waiting list around 1 year or more time to get my boy results. Surprisingly everything was so smooth and quick, from November to February. PSICON provides clear information, respecting times, staff is lovely and competent. Thanks for your brilliant work.

11 months start to finish, the people during the ados assessment made my child very comfortable and plenty to do whilst we waited a short time, paediatrician for the development history and adhd assessment was also very good with my son. He was diagnosed with autism and adhd after the 4 hour video call

Excellent service from beginning to end quick and efficient made me and my child feel very at ease. Explained the diagnosis it depth and was very helpful with more information.
