I have had a Pulse card for many years and never defaulted on a payment. My credit rating is excellent. Yet for the past 3 years I have been trying to up my credit limit but it always immediately refused. So I had to take out another card. Eventually as I was so close to the limit they did finally increase it. Really annoying. Now will use this card as my spare card not my main card

Easy to use app to track transaction, refunds etc also very easy to pay card . Bonus cashback available which goes towards card payment.

I find pulse card very helpful financially and also customers are constantly reminded not to overspend their cards if they’re not sure they can pay back and also customers are advised to get in touch and ask for help if they’re are having difficulties. Helpful easy to communicate with on app payments

Pulse Card is by far the worst service I have ever experienced. They repeatedly blocked my card for minor transactions — like £5.20 in a taxi, £4 at McDonald's, and recently £7.95 in Spoons — supposedly to protect me from fraud. While I appreciate fraud prevention, in protecting less than £8, they permanently blocked my card, effectively cutting me off.

They promised a new card within 7 days, but when I called, a brusque representative with a strong Irish accent informed me it would actually take 10 days. This company is extremely anti-consumer, blocking well-known brands without hesitation, yet having no problem when I spend large amounts like £1000 in Turkey or £800 in the Canaries. They make life unnecessarily difficult under the guise of "protecting" me from losing £4 at McDonald's.

Navigating their complex and irrelevant automated system is exhausting, and once you reach a human, they are often rude and dishonest. Then, a representative named Kenith apparently uses provocations and nonsense as a tactic to remove complaints containing strong language that you love to put due to here triggering sarcastic replays.

Overall, Pulse Card’s customer service is dismissive, slow, and untrustworthy, making it one of the most frustrating financial providers I've encountered.
