Pleased with my Quilter experience
I have little experience with the language of financial transactions and this was my first time dealing with Quilter after I dropped my financial advisor. It was a simple process to access funds from my draw down pension, customer service operator was efficient and answered the question I had and everything progressed as expected within the declared timeframe.

Unsatisfactory Customer Support Experience
I'm having the same issue every time. I keep getting different information from different people. One person tells me that everything is completed and that they will call me the next day, while another person tells me that I still need to complete the process.
My financial adviser, Tom Harper, is asking me to make additional payments in order to help me. I don't understand why these extra payments are being requested, especially after everything I've already paid. Please explain why this is necessary.
This is very confusing and doesn't make any sense. I hope my experience of working with This people will be finished soon because this situation has been extremely frustrating.

Can’t fault Quilter and their FA, Christopher. Every question was answered and explained in layman’s terms. Transfer and setup was very easy, seamless and quick with a great app which shows your investment progress. Wish I’d invested with them years ago !

Not been a positive experience sadly
Not been a positive experience sadly. Didn't receive activation code told to wait i haven't much faith in the Royal Mail no activation code came which is concerning in itself. Then told i could register on the app. Couldn't be simpler? Would not take my driving license all information was clear after the 4th attempt I gave up.

I had been unable to get my app working on my new phone. A very patient and reassuring young lady helped me and put me at ease. I was then directed through to another agent to help me with a request. He explained everything to me in detail which was easy to understand. I was put at ease on my call. It was dealt with efficiently and with a high standard of customer care. I would recommend Quilter highly. Their app is easy to use with lots of information accessible and user friendly.July 3026
