I had no idea who quilter were
I had no idea who quilter were until I wanted/needed to take my tax free lump sum out of my pension. Five to ten days to get it, i was advised on that first phone call. And yet here we are, some five weeks later, still waiting. And I might not get to see it for another two or more weeks.
May Quilter is actually for people who look to sew bedding pieces, maybe it is actually an investment company. Who could say? What i can say is that the smallest, irrelevant, putrid customer will never be a priority. "Feck his personal circumstances, not our concern. He shall wait for one of our less talented window lickers to push the grey button to transact". There won't be an apology. There won't be anything else happen. Nothing from the complaint, probably nothing from the ombudsman.
Maybe just one sole voice can stop another being treated like a wet dog egg on the bottom of their shoes.

Everything was dealt with smoothly and efficiently.
With the help of our Finatial Advisor we were able to smoothly withdraw the stipulated funds from our investments. We were kept fully informed by email about documents we needed to view in our Quilter account which told us about monies being released after the sale of some of our invrestments. We were able to keep a tally of released funds so that we knew when the money would be available. It was all quite straightforward.

My online account is locked
My online account is locked. I called to resolve the problem and left it with someone who promised to get back to me within 48 hours. No one has got back to me in nearly 2 weeks!

Confident dealing with Quilter
Invested with Quilter now for a number of years having had advice from my Financial Advisor(Jack Lord Compass Financial).
Very pleased with the advice the company is very easy to deal with in particular the App which i find is easy to use and provides instant information on my investment.
The backing i receive from Jack Lord and the ease of accessing any information i want gives me confidence my investment is in the right place.
