Great buying experience
Website and stock range made choosing easy. Competitive price on the product and delivery process and timescales were very good. Installation advice videos really helpful. Delivery team did great job getting it in to our house with tight access.

Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely fantastic. They're WhatsApp chat on their website is super helpful. They responded to all of my questions (both before and after purchase) promptly and height helpful. The, the delivery was on time and the delivery men were excellent.

The wrong oven was delivered and they won't exchange it for over a week.
we now have no oven and have a big range cooker sitting in the middle of the kitchen for the foreseeable future.
Never again!! stick to AO.com

We apologise for the confusion leading to this situation - as you know, we ordered the correct width cooker as per your order, with the error arising at the logistical end. When notified of this we endeavoured to get the correct cooker sent out as soon as possible and the incorrect one removed. We're sorry that the timescale for this isn't acceptable to you in this instance.

Great service
Ordered rangemaster kitchener 90. Rangecookers had the best price at the time and offered removal of old appliance and installation as well. Kept me informed of delivery dates and guys who installed did a good job on the day. Would definitely recommend this company.

Knowledgeable and Helpful
There are too many options to choose from but Sam Hook, the sales person I spoke to was knowledgeable and able to help me sort out what options would be best for me. Not just product price/quality but also electric connection - door opening options etc. I hope that the delivery service and indeed the product itself are equally high quality.

Curry’s take note.
I cannot recommend Range cookers.co.uk highly enough. When my Rangemaster oven broke just before Christmas, a great deal of time was spent with me on trying to identify the problem and to see if it could be repaired quickly. This wasn’t possible due to the age of the appliance (22 years) so I contacted sales to buy a replacement. Rather than just take an order, an email was sent with various model details so I could make the right choice. I ordered but unfortunately my circumstances changed so I had to cancel my order. I telephoned, had just THE BEST service once again. No quibbles. No questions. Immediate refund made. I would certainly use this company again and 5 stars aren’t sufficient to demonstrate how I feel about the service. Well done. Other companies have a lot to learn.

All good but it wouldn’t go thro the door way with the packaging on. I asked for help to tepmive it. But they said they weren’t allowed to touch it. So it stayed blocking my hall for 2 days until I could get help to move it. It now fits perfectly. And I Looove it

I knew exactly which cooker I wanted and Rangecookers were the ones who combined the best price with the best service. I haven’t received my new cooker yet but I know exactly when it’s coming and I’m having my old one taken away… all for a reasonable price.

Excellent Service and Support from Rangecookers
Having decided on the large range cooker from Ilve, Sam from Rangecookers, was extremely helpful and the transaction was dealt with over the phone, very efficiently.
The cooker was then delivered exactly on time via the main distributor, Kitchen Ex, but unfortunately the fan in the main oven and its cover were found to be missing when the wrapping was taken off and it was installed!!
This doesn't say much for the quality control of Ilve in Italy, sending out a cooker to the UK with major parts missing!
However thanks to Mike from RangeCookers and Jay from Kitchen Ex, they managed to locate a replacement so that this could be installed just before Xmas for us, and the cooker performed very well.
