Great service just one issue.
Product & pricing was very good, delivery lead time & ordering process was also great. I contacted delivery company on back of email received from Rangecookers, delivery company gave an even quicker date than the estimate, however it was then let down or a bit of a disappointment because the delivery agents weren’t happy about delivering the cooker into the house or how the product had to be checked (following the specified instructions provided by Rangecoookers) & everything just seemed like a chore to them. This was disappointing when we assume you use them regularly so they should know the process. Otherwise great Cooker & great service!

Excellent service
Items out of stock in UK but the sales agent said she’d check and called me back. I was assured stock was arriving the following week and would be with me within 2 weeks, which it was!
Excellent, courteous service on a relatively small order for hob accessories.

After having spoken with AgaRangemaster, they have said that their system incorrectly allocated your initial delivery date, which shouldn't have happened, as yours was a built-to-order item.

I found you on the internet, I looked through the range of cookers and chose a Belling 110 DF, I also chose the removal option, I spoke to Sam before placing my order and she was very helpful, I placed my order and I was given a delivery day the following day,
The men that delivered our cooker were exceptional, old out new one in all rubbish removed 10out of 10

Rangemaster colour sample
I ordered a colour sample of a Rangemaster for which I was charged 5 GBP . When it finally arrived - over a week later - it was hardly bigger than a postage stamp ! A waste of money

As you may have seen, we are one of the only online retailers to offer swatches by post, a service that has proved to be extremely helpful to a huge amount of customers since we introduced it. The £5 fee covers the cost of the swatch, postage and packaging and importantly is redeemable against the cost of a range cooker should you subsequently order it through us. We take pains to explain this, along with the size of the swatch, on our website.
We apologise for the time taken for you to receive the swatch - it was due to availability of the particular colour from the manufacturer itself.

Great company. Found the range cheaper here than anywhere else. Ordering was simple and item came quickly. Great communication and they don't send too many emails like pretty much every other company I've experienced. The range was in perfect condition, well packaged and looked better than expected. Haven't used it yet so can't comment there. Would definitely recommend and use company again. Thanks

Wonderful experience with this company
Wonderful experience with this company. Ordered a falcon cooker online and the delivery process was seamless. The cooker looks great and, whilst we’ve just received it, it works superbly so far.
On delivery day Mark and Lak were punctual, careful, thorough, accommodating and professional. Actually they were more than that, they were extraordinary- there was an issue after they’d left with the ignition clicking and when I called their mobile, they helpfully explained how to sort it out. A few hours later they actually phoned me to double check that all was working as it should with the cooker and reiterated that they were only a call away if there was anything else. It was truly an outstanding service and I couldn’t recommend them more highly! Thank you Lak and Marc (and falcon/rangemaster) for being so great. I wish every company I deal with were such a joy to deal with!

Great Customer Service
Most of my dealings were over live chat as the store isn’t open over weekends. I had to go elsewhere to physically look at the cooker I was interested but service and price from Rangecookers was great.
