Have no idea where my order is and they sit with my money
They are in ROODEPOORT SA and I live in SA
Apparently they did not have item in stock and ordered from CHINA
I am furious 😠 😡

The worst service from an online store I have ever experienced have been waiting since October for my order had one email apologising for the delay and to this day have still not had anymore feedback.Cant even track the whereabouts of my order as it doesn't give me any information on its whereabouts.Never ever use this company.

I bought car tracker from them and up to now, I have not receive them. When I call, they don't even pick the call.
This company is a scam.

Stay away from this company. I ordered a transmitter / receiver for TV in April 2023, it is now December 2023 and I am still waiting for the item. After many calls and emails I received this on an email "As per our telephone conversation, kindly be advised that delivery will be within the 4th of December"
Not sure which December they are referring to, maybe 2024, but still not received. Have requested a refund, but not hopeful.

Bought seat covers, June 2023, 7 piece R1650..recieve it in September....only 2 front, POOREST QUALITY EVER.

Ordered an wired ergonomic mouse but after more than a month I received a cracked mouse with no wire. They said they will send a new mouse but never did. They also stopped replying to my messages. If you thinking of buying something from this shop, think again and rather go somewhere else because the service is horrible and they do not send the product that is being advertised.

If I could give less than one star I would. By far the most u professional company I have had the displeasure to deal with. After I ordered a Tri Suite from them I needed to cancel it because it would take to long to reach me I send them all the proof of purchase they didn’t even reply anymore now the parcel will arrive over a month later then they said and it not even the colour I ordered. After many emails I send them regarding this they didn’t reply. Would never recommend this place to anyone!

Do not purchase anything from this Store they are completely incompetent and fraudulent

My previous review was deleted by Reliable Store. Also bought a video camera on 28th of July 2023. Didn't receive it and asked for a refund 3 months later. After numerous promises I went to their office with my 9mm. Didn't point anyone but mad it very clearly that I'm not leaving without my refund. I left 10min later with proof of payment into my account. Take action otherwise they will keep you on the line with empty promises.

Ladies and Gents: when they say order now and receive your order in 14days,they actually 90days! If you're lucky!Goods supplied incomplete! Customer service is pathetic

Empty promisses. Goods advertised are not in stock. Very long waiting period. Chance is good that you will receive a different inferior low quality product.
I can not get n refund on cancelation of a order which I have been long waiting for.
Wish I knew how to get them of the internet or closed down before they steel more people's money.

They say order is coming and will send tracking number within 14 to 20 days.

It says package is already delivered in india. Im based in SA .

My order is rong after wating a month en then 40min on the telefone no anser to my call

Received the wrong items 2 months after ordering. Now struggling a month to get a replacement order in process. If this would succeed how long still??The name of this company should be the UNreliable store!!!

Got a different brand from one I bought and was advertised and no response when trying to return. Very difficult to get them on th ephone or email. Eventually gave up after trying so hard.

If I could give a zero rating I would - Please stay far away from Reliable Store, they are anything but reliable. Take your money and you will be sure to never see your purchased goods!
