DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!! NOT WORTH MY WHILE SHARING AN EXPERIENCE...THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

There is nothing reliable about the Reliable Store. I ordered under #66316 a bidet unit for my toilet for R 1357.99 end of August ! only to receive one COMPLETELY different yesterday ! which is absolutely inferior with limited functionality. The model I received is not even listed on their website -the closest looking one retails there at R 494.99 but its different - so what THEY sent me is probably a complete BRAND FAKE. I can not get hold of them by phone or email or Facebook messenger or LinkedIn and I want to return this crap back to them and get a full refund asap. I am SO angry !!

Do not buy from them! Scammer, liars and you will not get your items. Someone should close them

Ditto. 2 months later and each time I phone I get told that there is a 2 week shipment delay.

Don't order from them. Over 3 months and nothing received. Customer service is a joke.

Ordered a jacket on 25th June, supposed to be delivered by 27th July, still waiting for a response on the status of my order. Received an email from Buffalo requesting that I pay customs for 5 orders which I did not order and I was initally told that customs will be paid by Reliable..what utter nonsense..this is such bad and pathetic customer service.. never again.. would actually give them no stars

I was promised to receive my order within 14 days, when I followed up after 2 weeks I was promised the first week in September, followed up now and apparently it couldn't be sent by air freight and they cannot yet give an estimated date. I am starting to think they are a bunch of scammers, let's hope I receive my order before Christmas. Utterly disappointed, this is my first and last order from them.

They said it would take up to 14 business days. What a joke!!!! Was in South Africa for that time but did not receive any shipping details and did not receive my article whilst spending 30 days in South Africa. So many excuses offered each time I enquired. They would not refund the money and said the 14 days was only an estimate. They could not guarantee delivery in that time. Well, received an email 2 months later advising it has been shipped. Who knows how long it will take to get to Johannesburg? Considering I am now in Australia and they wouldnt refund or alter the delivery address, this has been a waste of time and money. Looking at other complaints I don't know how this business is still running. Don't ever come to Australia because you would never succeed here. You would be forced to close because you lie about delivery times and don't do anything to compensate for failing.

this is the worst online store to order from...DO NOT USE THIS STORE. I ordered backdrops 25th June 2023, am still waiting and when I call you struggle to get through and when you do they give you some bull...... that your order is still with customs to be cleared. Now they say I have to send proof off payment to the customs to have my order released... WTH, it is not my job to do it. Have different stories everytime and also refuse to give my money back,,, going to file a police report and report them to the commission commitee.... such BS app.

They have so many bad Google reviews that they removed their Google business account.

I ordered my stuff at 30th of June. It does not arrived yet. I sent email. They dud not followed up. I phoned customer care endless waiting and my turn is comming phone is cutter off.

Their modus operandi seems to be that you order a item from their online store - which seems to be quite good quality items - then they send a low cost alternative. I ordered a Holy Stone HS210 Mini Drone RC Nano Quadcopter, and got a Aircraft Mini Novelty Edition 2 months later. Paid over R1000 for a R200 items. They dont respond to emails.

After 2 months of waiting, I thought I was scammed, but my complete order arrived after around 3 months. Everything I ordered was exactly as described. The product is good, DELIVERY TIME WAS VERY VERY BAD.
Overall, I got an item that I still can't get elsewhere but from them, hence the 4 stars.

I have just reviewed your Company on Trustpilot. Shocking feedback from endless dissatisfied customers. And now i am one of them. I can't decide on whether you are grossly inefficient or just plain scammers! You eat peoples hard earned cash and just sit on your hands! Shame on you!

18 months ago I ordered a mouse pad for R1000 it was never delivered and I still have not gotten a refund in spite of dozens of emails
