Reliablestore Avis 

I ordered a product for "Reliable Online Store". One month later I do not even have a tracking number yet. I have sent numerous mails, and only got one reply to tell me to be patient. I have then ordered the same product from another site, and received it in 2 weeks time. This is either scammers or the most useless online store I have ever seen.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Utterly terrible customer service. Their website states that products are shipped to major cities within 10-15 working days. 20 days later and still no package. Asked for a refund and was told that refunds are only possible 72 hours after an order is placed. Had to phone for any feedback. Last phone call, the opperator just left the call and put me on hold. Would defintely not reccommend and will never use their services again.

There should be a zero rating on these suppliers. I ordered two items on 12 May 2023 with a lead time of 4 weeks. It is now 17/07 and I am still waiting. I have given them until the end of this week, failing which I will launch a very serious social media campaign and further ensure that my attorneys address the matter.

A 24-48 hour response is promised, this is not happening, a 2 - 4 week delivery is agreed upon ordering and taking my money, this trends more to the 2 months side with several calls, mails and legal writing.

As mentioned the supply is non existing, the the product arrived (i ordered a water temp guage for a vehicle), open box, everything flapping around inside the courier packaging, some stuff not there, no labeling and the instructions / pamphlet is in chinese, I am sorry but if you want to enter the south african market at least have it done in english.
I received a oil pressure guage, which we realise only after installation has been done, this is a LED unit so unable to tell before hand. Now I paid for installation, water hose has been cut to accomodate the sensor, dash has ben cut for the fitment etc etc.
Absolutely no response on a resolvement, not responding on mails etc.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHINESE *******S, THEY CAN CELL THEIR INFERIOR **** TO THEIR OWN

I order a bag a month ago with the above Company. I still have not receive anything. I wrote them an email and all they mailed back to me was: that your order has been procured and your tracking will be allocated within the course of this week.

I also tried to phone them and the message I am getting is: The user you trying to reach is unavailable.

I was really surprised to have received an order that I placed for a camera lens that came from China and only read the bad reviews from people and really started stressing about my order and then a week later my lens arrived #63202 .ONLY TO SEE ITS HALF THE ORDER 2X TELECONVERTER MISSING.
SEND THEM A MAIL ON FRIDAY THE 30TH OF JUNE 2023 WITH A PROMISE OF THEM THEY WILL COME BACK TO ME AFTER THREE MORE MAIL’S STILL NO ANSWER

This is the most pathetic service I've received from a South African online store so far!!
Please do not order from these people, it will be much faster to order from a international company yourself!! And they won't refund you at all.

Ordered an item in March 2023, still no delivery to date and my requests for a refund has been ignored.

I'm waiting 3 months for a light that i received broken and now you ignore my messages.

An article was ordered and paid for in advance in January 2023 by EFT. The article "got lost" in transfer. Admitted by courier and supplier. A refund policy is acknowledged.
Many correspondence between supplier and customer took place. Copies of all letters forwarded to relevant departments of Governmental Consumer Protection and Reliable Stores for solution. No reaction from either as yet. Is there any way that we as conned customers could stand together and for instance have customers near Reliable Store's location amass there and get direct information by confrontation? I read that a lot of money has changed hands without compensation. I am sure that the definition of Fraud in accordance with Roman Dutch law has not changed. It read " Fraud is the unlawful, intentional distortion of the truth with the intent to cause actual or potential loss to another party." Any response on this, please?

Reliable store isn't a scam but has to disclose that some of their items are supplied international, nevertheless they kept me posted via email,the product was worth to wait .....I saved a lot of funds....Thank you Reliable store

If I could give a zero rating I would.
I ordered an item and was given a set time frame of when this order would be delivered, which was 5-6 weeks. We waited, and nothing was delivered. I enquired and was given a very delayed response that they will check. I kept having to follow-up and eventually was told another date of when it would be delivered to us and still we do not have it. The last update I received was 4 days ago that it haslanded in the country only then, however with no time frame given of to when this will be delivered.

We have had to order another one from a different supplier as time was running out for when we needed this by.

If you are in a rush to get something, do not get it from Reliable Store, of which they are completely not reliable at all. I do not even know if the item would even get to us or if we wasted money on this. I am awaiting the response from my cancellation email.

Reliable store, I ordered an item, did not arrive for 5 weeks, contacted them, prior to order they promised 5 working days, 5 weeks later, it arrived, they promised to collect and reimburse. Still have not returned my money

No feedback after my order placed and money paid (they took my money immediately). After 10 days I contacted them. Only then did I see my order was actually placed.

On the website there was no mention item was sourced and shipped from China. I would never have placed the order otherwise. It was clearly stated on the order delivery would be between 1 - 3 weeks. It took 2 months by which time the event I had ordered it for had come and gone.

Communication was sporadic and almost always 2 days after my enquiries.

I sent 2 emails requesting cancellation and refund both of which were completely ignored, they didn't even bother replying!

When the time eventually arrived it was the the cheaper version of the one I ordered and I was not impressed but the cheap quality. But they charged me for premium. When I contacted the company and asked them what they will do about it a very lacklustre response of return the items for replacement. As I was immigrating in 1 weeks time this was obviously not going to happen which I told them. And of course no response...

I have since left the country and am sitting with an inferior lower grade of item that which I ordered and paid for.

An unpleasant experience. I will never use this company again and strongly advise anyone wishing to do so to look at alternatives and save the money and heartache.

Everything went well from ordering untill to receiving a good condition working item within less than three weeks. Is not the first time i order something here and always i receive what i orderd. some people need to be petient cos remember most of this products are coming from over sea.

I recently ordered doorknobs from Reliable Store. Order number #61239 The delivery of my order was swift and smooth. Upon receiving my order I realised that I made a mistake with regard to the colour of the collection of doorknobs. I emailed the company and they immediately responded. I will use this company any time in future.

If I had my way they wouldn't even receive 1 star. The irony is in the name itself. The entire branding for this store is contradictory and misleading to the consumer. Exhausted, Frustrated, Exasperated and Disappointed are but a few words to describe the miserable shopping experience. I will never make the mistake of not reading the customer reviews prior to purchasing from any online store again.

They are a scam. I ordered food liquid pigments. And then a few minutes after I noticed their address is close to where I stay so I called them to ask if I can come and pick it up instead and I was told they don't have it in stock they needed to order from a supplier and it will take 3 weeks of which I told them I couldn't wait that long so they advised me to cancel via email. Of which I did and I got a response a week later being told cancelation should be a day after nothing more. I had to dispute that I sent a cancelation email in less than an hour after ordering. Then I was asked to send my bank account. I can tell u that it's been almost 2 months now and I still haven't received my money back. Please don't order from them. SCAM SCAM SCAM ALERT

This is a scam and I urge people not to buy from this company,my order of almost 3 months ago never arrived and they promised a refund till to date i have not received anything.

SCAM. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. I ordered a specific iPad stand and the one i received (3 MONTHS LATER) was a cheap piece of crap. They didnt exchange it or refund. No one responded for months. This place is a scam.
